Nothing apart from the weather, which no one has any control over !

As a coeliac the fact that not only was a range of gluten free food available at breakfast (continental) but also that they had a special toaster just for gluten free use to stop cross contamination. That attention to detail sums up the friendly and professional atmosphere of Elysian B&B. You are welcomed and nothing is too much trouble. A wonderful stay and will definitely go back.

Would have preferred cooked breakfast rather than continental option. Only liquid soap available which was placed in shower cubicle, maybe this would be better by the wash basin & a block of soap made available for the shower.

Good technology, arrival chocolates & a basket available with his and hers dressing gowns and slippers. Fresh milk put in mini fridge with tea and coffee pots all complimentary. Tony’s Tavern on site, good beers on tap with large TV covering sports.

it was beautifully styled, clean and quiet. The owner went above and beyond in her attention to detail in the rooms and in the dining room. Top class tea and coffee provision with extra treats, and a very full buffet for breakfast. The best BnB I have ever stayed in.

Our room was large with a comfortable bed and large screen tv. Tea, coffee, bath robes and slippers provided. The breakfast was continental with a very good variety of choices. We particularly liked the fresh seaside vibe of the breakfast room and quiet sitting area with loads of reading books. Tony’s tavern outside was a great addition and was nice to have a drink in at the end of the day. We had a good meal of scampi and chips when we arrived. Everywhere was well kept and very clean. The hosts and staff are lovely and friendly and would recommend this place to stay.

Being picky, the shower pressure was a touch weaker than at home.

Dog friendly in a great location. Staff were wonderful with a great breakfast spread on too. The few rooms available meant that it felt very special. You to be social with the other guests at breakfast if you wanted to be.

All good really...the only thing we thought was missing was a little more attentiveness at breakfast times.we saw no-one. ....nothing was checked to see if anything heeded replenishing.......we even left without seeing anyone ......

Location central for visiting local sights. Accommodation clean and comfortable.bar/food available on site. Nice camping site attached

Beautiful place to stay, very clean and comfortable lots of special touches. We were a group 15 staying in the main house and camping area. Fantastic place for family reunions, plenty of space for children and catching up in Tony’s Tavern

The only thing which stopped this being a perfect B&B was the lack of a cooked breakfast option. The continental style was varied, quite adequate - but it's just not bacon is it?

A fantastic stay, really friendly staff, top notch facilities. The room was really modern and well fitted out. The restaurant on site gave easy options for a beer/food and the location was perfect for Helston or Penzance/Marazion or Falmouth. The camp site to the rear gave lots of dog friendly exercise space and looks fine for campers.

Excellent location for many of the local beaches & attractions, nice atmosphere at the b&b all staff very friendly & relaxed, lovely room & the grounds are very nice too.

We could not think of anything that we didn’t like about the property.

The appearance on arrival was delightful. The outside garden area was immaculate and even had three life size statues of a stag and two deer on the front lawn area. The room was very clean and decorated to a very high standard with lovely extras such as dressing gowns and slippers and some of their personalised toiletries. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They also have a very large area for camping at the back and a pub/restaurant on site. Plenty of space to sit out in the garden. The continental breakfast choice was incredible with masses of choice. A very relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend this B&B and would definitely go there again.

Bed mattress springs can feel, making noise when sleeping.

Breakfast was good 👍🏻. The area is good near to visit praa beach. St Ives n lands end. I love location and I will visit again ❤️

The only negative was it's sited on a busy road. Noise isn't an issue but leaving was a little interesting if the other road users were, shall we say, a little bit quick for the road.

Simply beautiful. Clean and airy. The room size was brilliant. Good car parking (didn’t have to worry about doors getting dinted) Breakfast was amazing too.
