Amazing location! The room was cozy, had a kettle, dishes and a fridge. Although a shared bathroom, it was modern and always clean. There where even soap to clean the dishes.

The best value of this property is its owner Mr. Dimitris! He was so kind and helpful for us! He was all the time pending of us. He gives shutter service for free. The location is pretty good. Great location, cold ac, comfortable beds, owner picked us up at the port and dropped us off at the airport. Great stay here, convenient location. 5 minute walk to the beach buses that go to the nearby beaches, area is called Fabrika on the bus schedule. 5 minute walk to the seabus that goes to the public buses and the old port and new port. Or do a 10 minute walk along the old port to the public buses that go all over Mykonos and to the other further beaches, called Old Port on the bus schedule. mykonosbus.com Mykonos bus schedule for the 2 locations buses go from and see the beaches and timetables. Also there are buses to and from the 2 ports and the airport as well.

The best place to stay in Mykonos. Amazing balcony with fabulous views of the town. Perfect location as it is easy to walk around everywhere and the places of interest which are outside of town can be reachable easily by bus. You can even walk to the airport (45min more or less) or by cab (20€). Right next to the best spot for sunset, 50m walk to the windmills. Great service, the owner came to pick me up at the airport at my arrival without extra charges. The cleaning is done daily and very well done. The place is perfect for me and I would love to go back there if I go back to Mykonos. The place is quiet and peaceful and you can still feel the unique vibes of this magical city.

Soundproofing 0 I couldn't sleep until 5 AM when the discotek stopped the 'youth' sweeped home to sleep.... Music all night.. I know it is not the hotel's fault that it is a disco island so for this particularly I did not subtract any points. -room very small -1P -bed not very comfortable -1P

The excellent location means you are in the middle of the never ending party of Mykonos. Ear plugs needed to get any sleep.

Too many people, cruise ships every day meant there were thousands of people visiting so everywhere was completely packed.

Location was excellent, walking distance to all bars/restaurants and bus stations.

It is not a soundproof building, because at night there was noise from the clubs until around 3am, because it is in the center. This disadvantage will be with all the lodgings of the center, but I have had a good nights and I have been slept well. When you get to the room you have to turn on the air conditioning because it's very hot inside, but it has a window.

Perfect location, a few minutes from restaurants, bus station and everything you may need. Dimitri, the host, picks you up at the port or airport and the day of check out he also transfers you at the same place without any added cost. He is very kind and recommends places to visit and eat. The bed was very comfortable. Do you have a small fridge for food and drinks. Bathrom very modern and clean

It can get very noisy during the night due to the night clubs that are situated in this area.

It was loud at times but there is very little anyone can do about that as Mykonos has a lively night life.

I liked the location of the space, it was very central in downtown Mykonos and close to the iconic windmills. The staff were very helpful with recommendations and even drove us to the ferry. The staff clearly communicated with us and were accommodating to our needs.

The best were so comfy which made the partying last longer. The location could not be better. Everything is just few steps away but with the entrance still remaining in a secluded well lit safe alley. The staff were very friendly and tidy and were happy to help with information and extras.

Check in was somewhat difficult, but this was mainly because I didn't have service to reach the host. I would definitely recommend having a way to contact the host for check in, because once we met up, everything else was easy. Also, the running water in the bathroom stopped at some point in the morning... not ideal, but it was working most of the time.

The location was fantastic, and my room had everything I needed, including AC and even a balcony just outside that overlooked the town. The host also gave me recommendations and advice for my stay in Mykonos, which were much appreciated.
