You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomMyself, my daughter and my adult granddaughter were booked in for the night as we had a very early flight abroad. My granddaughter had to sleep in the bunk above the bed and it is so narrow, she struggled to get in and out of it.
The Ibis Budget is brilliantly situated for travel abroad. It is a short walk across the road to Departures and Arrivals. The restaurant bar has a lovely selection of food and drinks and has a lovely atmosphere and very attentive, friendly staff.

United KingdomMy room didn’t look like it had been hoovered/swept. Hair etc on the floor and definitely not mine as I’m blonde and this was long dark hair. Granted I did go for the budget room but there was only one place with plugs. There was mirrors but no where near where the plugs were so doing my hair wasn’t fun. I had to use my phone camera. Overall wasn’t great but done the job for the night.
Downstairs was so nice, good bar and restaurant and great service from staff.

United KingdomThe overhead bunk - we both bumped our heads on it. The gap under the bathroom door (a bit more privacy would have been good). Breakfast wasn't terribly hot, and a choice of eggs (other than over-scrambled) would have made the breakfast much, MUCH more enjoyable.
Exceptionally clean room, very convenient for late incoming/early outgoing flights. 24hr reception, service with a smile, excellent value, just a few minutes walk from the airport, proximity to railway station and NEC via monorail. Very helpful, friendly and courteous staff throughout.

Location to the airport was fab!! I do think there should be a facility for discounted parking if staying on airport! Rooms were tiny and basis, but everything needed for an overnight stay before an early flight.
