The room a little on the small side ,we don't like green house bathrooms in otherwise words all glass so if its not your thing then you won't like it.

The location the staff very comfortable beds, we didn't eat there so can't comment.

Fantastic location in Great Victoria street opposite the historic Crown Liquor saloon. Very comfortable stay on the 8th floor in an executive room. Stayed many times in Belfast previously but this was our first stay at the Europa. The hotel's atmosphere is one of serenity and opulence. Loved late night cocktails in the piano lounge which one of the staff shrewdly commented was our living room for our stay. Marvellous.

Not sure the glass bathroom would be everyone’s cup of tea, no privacy at all. We didn’t mind too much but would have preferred a bit more privacy. Unfortunately there was building noise above our room from 6.30am which is annoying on a rare child free morning, and meant we coukdnt but the hotel staff could not be more apologetic and gave us a substantial amount off our bill so we were more than happy with the outcome.

Room was beautiful, spotless and stylish. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar had a great atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely. Great location!

Kettle had had something scorched in the bottom and tasted burned. Couldn't clean it out. Loved the mirrors but Wish the had been a one that was full length to the floor. The staff of the car park was great the first forgotten ticket but i had to come and go 3 times within 2-3 hours that morning and they got progressively grumpier as I forgot or lost my ticket. They even overcharged me the last time though I'd literally left less than an hour before. For that alone, I'll sadly stay elsewhere when I'm at the Europa abseil in Sept. I'm forgetful and don't feel the need to be chastised. I deal with enough making repeat trips for forgotten things.

Fabulous location, excellent room and view. Shower was wonderful, bed was very comfortable. Elevators were unique. Europa Staff was absolutely amazing! They truly made the stay remarkable.

The bathroom was see through which wasn’t the best when traveling with a family member.

Bedrooms were lovely and very modern. The best were very comfortable had a great night sleep. The blind in our room didn’t work but we told staff the next morning and they were very apologetic. Had a great night overall and will definitely be back to stay again.

Staff was so friendly, and anything we neeed they sorted very quickly. The stay was for a 70th celebration and they very kindly left a card wishing a happy birthday and 2 cupcakes which a great personal touch and give us free breakfast aswell.

Always wanted to stay at the europa hotel it was out of this world I loved every minute from start to finish staff were so pleasant and helped me with anything I needed . I definitely will be back

The room looked amazing, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and the rain shower was very powerful. Every staff member I spoke to, from the receptionist, to the concierge, to the staff at breakfast were super friendly and helpful. The lady running the breakfast even remembered my name when I went to pay. I don't think I'd stay anywhere else in Belfast now.
