Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThe room was very loud with humming noise, it was hot so it couldn't be the aircon, plus the intense green light from the evacuation sign on top of it resulted in us waking every hour. Not ideal when you need a good night sleep.
The staff were great! They allowed to keep the bike in the room overnight and arranged an early breakfast for those attending the cycling race - we could eat at 5 am before leaving. Thank you!

United KingdomNo signage to state dogs only allowed at front of the hotel inside the property. Did not like sharing breakfast with another guests dog by our table. We sat at our table before dog and owner arrived. The table we sat at was at the front of the property only one we could get due to rest of tables populated with other guests. Animals and humans should have a respectful distance whilst eating in our opinion.

United KingdomEggs were quite watery and the beans were cold. As a veggie that was my only option as a hot breakfast so a little disappointing. The rest of the group really enjoyed it though, they said the sausages and bacon were excellent 🙂
Staff were fantastic. Location ideal. Room very comfortable. Free WiFi and drinks in foyer were most welcome.

United KingdomHonestly - nothing... Well, thinking hard, there was the occasional glitch with the WiFi in the room... But it was fine in the bar/reception and everywhere else.
The rooms, bathrooms, public areas - everything - was clean and well maintained. All of the staff and managers were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great ! Plenty of parking. Foody pub right next door. Local taxis were efficient and easy to book from reception.

SpainWe went down for breakfast at 9.30 and no FRESH rolls. We were told they had run out because they were very business. They were aware the hotel was busy so why not buy extra rolls? Then the bomb shell, I can DEFROST a FRESH roll if would like me to. I would suggest taking the fresh bit off.
