Very noicy rooms, walls and ceiling thin, very loud air conditioning. Smelly bathroom pipes.

It was easy to find, quite cheap for Hong Kong. Staff was friendly.

Room is extremely dark, tv doesn't work, have to take multiple elevators to the room floor, room caused itchyness, beds are very short and hard even for a small person, very narrow showers

The staff at the reception aren't very friendly. They also take a while to respond to messages through booking.com. I asked several times if a deposit is required and never received a straight answer (It's not. But if you choose the pay at the property option, your card will be charged the first night fee as a guaranty of the booking. This is refunded back to your card some time after you check in. This means you still pay the full amount when at check in. I hope this helps.)

I expected HK accommodations to be small. This room was small but I was pleasantly surprised that we still had a bit of space for our luggage. The hotel is a little far from the train station but the location is near many food establishments.

Not much space around the bed to move around. Limited storage for my 9 night stay so was living out of my suitcase.

Nice comfy big bed. Breakfast had limited options. After 9 days it gets monotonous but food was good. Excellent access to public transport, places to eat & shop. All walking distance just outside the hotel!

I cannot say I liked it, but its Hong-Kong very expensive city, and although its quite expensive in other country it would be low value, but because its Hong-Kong and comparing prices to normal hotels I guess it was just ok, but can't stay longer then 3 days , it is quite depressing. I am just being honest, it's not the best hotel but again it's Hong-Kong, if your budget same as thus hotel I don't think its possible to find something better in this price range .

When I stayed there was a big event at the stadium nearby and there was some 'adult' behavior around.

The staff were friendly but don't expect an early check-in! It's located very close to Times Square and Causeway Bay metro station. Nice traditional Chinese market right beside the hotel with local food, a few laundrettes and a couple of 7/11s quite close. The air con is adjustable and works well.

The windows and mirrors inside the bathroom and outside around the jacuzzi looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages, quite smudgy with handprints. The hot tub/ rooftop jacuzzi was cracked/patched but it needs replacement. It also hasn't been cleaned properly (I wiped it down myself before filling it). The jacuzzi also takes a long time to fill and if you use hot water, the crack in the step leaks hot water and can potentially burn you if you use it to step down into the jacuzzi. The room is quite small and I wouldn't recommend it for people who have a lot of luggage, but because it was just me, I was fine. The Sky Villa is not accessible so you have to lift up your luggage to get in. The room floor could use a proper mopping but at least they have slippers to wear around. There are no USB chargers, just a couple of HK outlets around the bed and mirrors.

The view from the Sky Villa was awesome! Truly worth the price of admission. It was also quiet upstairs on the 39th floor and the room was generally clean and had good lighting. The bed was firm and comfortable and the air conditioning was good too. Good blackout curtains. Being in Causeway Bay is excellent and visitors should feel safe despite the appearance of recycling or garbage collection nearby.
