How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We couldn't turn the heat up on the shower so this wasn't very warm.

Breakfast could have included boiled and/or fried eggs. :) Otherwsie OK apart from the price which was a bit on the high side. But i guess prices have gone up since I last visited greenwich (I studied there/woolwich as well! But this was some time ago).

Limited choice of cafes/restaurants within walking distance.
Lovely hotel, helpful staff and comfortable, clean room. Excellent value for money, breakfast included and with parking on site. Perfect location for O2 and good public transport links.

Only thing I didn’t overly like is the amount of light that comes under the door, where the hallway light is so bright and on all night, but nothing a towel under it can’t fix.
We stayed for a gig at the o2. It’s around 18min walk, very straight forward. The location is great, there is an ikea 10 min walk also. Beds comfy and rooms are relatively spacious. Great selection of breakfast options and drinks and is open until 10am also which is good.

The sofa bed was partly open, as there were just the 2 of us it would have been better if it was left as a sofa. There was an odd smell on the 7th floor, it smelled a bit musty.
The location was perfect for us. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

The taxi which the hotel organised for us was twice the price on an Uber or the Black Cab we arrived in for the station.

We couldn’t get to heat the room faster and it was chilly

The car park was rammed during the day, as there’s a Chinese restaurant downstairs.
Excellent location (trains / o2). Great staff, super friendly. The price was excellent.

Breakfast could much better. Everyday the same and very typical english. I think it's an international hotel with international customers. So are they very interested in this breakfast? Who eats this number of sausages and bacon with beans and eggs these days. Not very healthy while there is a lot of attention to this especially in recent years. In addition, little variety. No cheese or other meats. There is fruit and fortunately there was breakfast yogurt with muesli.
The room was clean and if I needed something it was available. Like toothbrush or something else. A small walk to the station. And the price was very good in relation to the 02 area

Car park doesn’t belong to hotel so can’t be pre booked / guarantee you a space however we arrived early prior to check in and had no issues getting a space. The lifts only seemed to be working intermittently / or were incredibly slow - so we opted for the stairs but not ideal when carrying luggage.
Great location for visit to the O2 arena - 15 minute walk. Excellent breakfast included in our price

We travelled as 2 single mums and 2 children Upon arrival the sofa bed wasn't made up we went down and fortunately a lovely gentleman set it up for us so quickly ! He was great polite and quick, we went for for some dinner and unfortunately there no child options on the menu at all which inconvenienced us alot. The hot water took a ages to get hot also
We've been here before and for the location it's great 15 mins walk from the O2 and it works for us well it's comfy and quite and the staff are usually very nice ! The beds are comfy and lots of plugs and to charge up items the bathroom is big it works very well for us and what we needed it for
