There was a horrible smell in the hotel on our arrival, it was so awful you couldn’t stay in it for long, but it was gone the day after

Very little. Lifts can be fun when it’s busy but the stairs are carpeted, clean and well lit. Our tea, coffee etc wasn’t refilled during our stay and the waste bin wasn’t emptied. We didn’t mind too much but I did mention to the Reception desk in case it was a recurring theme with other guests

Very convenient location, reasonably priced with breakfast included. Friendly staff. The breakfast staff worked noticeably hard, especially on the Saturday morning as it was very busy but extremely well managed. I love that you now have Dove toiletries!

Everything was very good, if I had to say something for future improvement, our air conditioning unit was very noisy, but it wasn’t too hot so we were fine with it switched off at night, but you might want to get that checked out in room 216 for future guests for the summer nights

Staff are amazing, so friendly from checking in to being welcomed at breakfast, so cheerful, made us feel appreciated as guests. Beds amazingly comfortable and room very quiet. Despite the hotel being full it did not feel overly busy. Breakfast was amazing too

This hotel is very convenient for concerts at the O2 as you can walk to it and Greenwich Peninsula is a nice area to explore. The breakfast has a variety of food on offer and I enjoyed my cooked breakfast. The room was basic but all I needed for an overnight stay - the bed was very comfortable.

The air con wasn’t working and we had to wait at reception for a long time before being spoken to by anyone

Nothing to dislike

Ideal.location for visiting the O2 Arena. One stop bus ride if you don't fancy the walk. Comfortable accommodation and a good choice of breakfast options.

Breakfast an average only. A little bit plain options, that is why my rating was not excellent. Not much of negative experience. Nice affordable hotel!

Beds were very comfortable. That what matters to me a lot - a nice comfortable sleep. Noise was minimum from outside so that was great! Overall tidy hotel, haf the shampoo and conditioner. Not difficult to access the narest tube station to get to the city, also Uber boat!

The room was like a smaller version of a Travelodge but was adequate and very clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom small but again nice and clean. There is an Odeon cinema next door (about 5 minutes walk) along with some decent eateries (Pizza Hut, Nando’s). Hotel would be well placed for the O2 arena which can be seen from the hotel and looked to be about 10-15 minutes walk away. Road outside is busy 6:30-8:00am but quietens down after that. Noise from the road isn’t an issue in the hotel. Breakfast was advertised as ‘continental’ but also had buffet style hot food. Breakfast was excellent
