Self catering facilities poor. We were planning to have breakfast in the flat as we had a very early start. no bread knife to cut bread & only a microwave. Extremely noisy - not through the walls but outside the door. Lots of noise in the hallway at all hours. Needs a thicker/sound proof door. Double bed very soft felt it would’ve collapsed with two people in it!

No running water from the kitchen sink. The toilet had skids down it and rubbish was left in the bathroom cupboard. We booked 3 rooms. The second room has quite a bit of rubbish under the sofa bed. The 3rd room was fine

It’s close to all amenities and the rooms are easy to access. Towels and bedding was clean and the room on a whole was clean

The reception was rarely occupied. We didn't need to contact reception luckily, but spoke to other guests who had checked a couple of times without luck. TV reception was quite poor, think we ended up with one channel (but weren't really using it anyway). Wasn't the cleanest, some glasses etc were dirty - but nothing major.

Great location that you can explore Liverpool from. Easy check-in / out. Great value also! The street has quite a lot of night-life and I was worried about the noise, but when the windows were closed, they did an excellent job at keeping all noise out. Apartment was comfortable enough, although the pull out sofa wouldn't do for a tall person (I'm 5'10 and had to sleep on it diagonally, I think we'd have had trouble if there were two people sharing it). Could have been a little cleaner and better equipped, but it was generally fine.

Mattress/bed rather uncomfortable - springs were quite jaggy . Cleanliness overall was ok but all around the toilet hinges were manky

Comfortable, clean apartment with microwave. Good shower, effective double glazing, TV. Well located for Liverpool nightlife. Staff friendly & helpful - sourced us a replacement tv remote on a busy weekend

It was a nightmare getting into the building and then getting into the apartment. We were stood on the street for 30 mins in the rain trying to call the establishment and get help. Now, here is where it all failed, and it is partly my fault as well. Before one gets the access code to into the building, one has to pay for insurance cover, only after which you will then receive access details. Now, numerous emails were sent for this, however, when I get an e-mail saying Congratulations, you are all set etc etc etc I am believing exactly that. I was expecting a Reception desk on arrival and had no idea it was all unmanned. I wish that was made more clear during the booking process and it also makes sense to include the insurance cover payment DURING the booking process. We are all busy - once I got the booking confirmation, to my understanding, everything was completed. The process could certainly be improved. And if you don't believe me, we met a family of 3 an hour after we had finally gotten into our apartment - same deal - they were stuck outside, totally confused as to how to get in and access their apartment. Lastly, there IS a nightclub on the same street but it didn't bother me or my family too much. The value for money trumped that.

The apartment was nice and new, very neat and tidy. Had all the basics. Comfy bed and sofa bed. Location was great - easy walk to Liverpool One. TV was a Smart one - handy for YouTube, Netflix etc.

The noise outside from club And inside the property the wooden floors lovely but don’t absorb noise Could hear people coming and going doors slamming Told reception staff about the noise from number 30 the loud music and it was sorted immediately

The location and ease of getting into the property was great, the nearby nightlife can be a bit noisy but the location is so central to everything with a grocery store and restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was comfortable and the shower was great.
