There is very little I can complain about. I was aware that the bathrooms were shared in advance. The rooms are not spacious. The staff have always been very polite when I have politely requested anything. Staff are not on site 24 hours a day, but there is a number to call if there are problems and the security systems seem appropriate. Once or twice (out of more than 30 nights in total), there has been someone snoring very loudly in the next door room. Ear plugs have solved that problem. Be prepared.

I have stayed in Frances House a few times for a few days in a row as I am writing a book and need no distractions. It is relatively cheap but definitely cheerful and bright, and the double beds are comfortable. On arrival, the rooms are always visibly clean and they smell fresh and clean too, and the heating works. There is a kettle, some tea and coffee and towels and a wardrobe, and a table. The TV is a smart TV allowing access to loads of channels. For me, the free to access internet connection needs to be good and I have rarely had any problems. The table and chair are reasonably comfortable and I have spent many hours working on my laptop. The shared shower and toilet facilities are properly cleaned every day and most of the other guests have been respectful and maintained good standards. There is a small supermarket almost next door and three takeaway outlets within 100 metres. It does not matter that Woolwich centre is a 15-minutes walk, and 5 minutes by bus..

Could of left a spoon for tea and coffee, did not g out after dark as my freind seen two men trying to mug an old lady and he helped her, chased 2 men off, other then that all was good

The soundproofing for the shared bathroom rooms are not good. The shower is a little hard to get right temperature on but a minor thing.

Facilites are fine, for these days over the weekend we had a quiet and nice neightbour which highly affected our experience to the positive. They don't enter your room to clean and you can put towels etc. Outside your door for changing. It's really fast to get to woolwich stations and custom house.

Could have done with a mini fridge over an oven. There were stains up the walls by the bed. It smelt of smoke and fried foods from the kebab shop downstairs.

We stayed for one night to go to a concert at the o2. We were in here for less than 12 hours so it served its purpose as a super cheap base for one night in London. The bathroom was clean.

The communication with the cleaners was suboptimal with them entering the bathroom hallway unannounced.

The price of the accommodation is very fair and the rooms are furnished very nicely.

Although very good for price maybe an extra towel and pillow and possibly a fridge for our refreshments to keep cold. Also WiFi didn't work the first night but fine the next day.

The property looked very dull when walking in but once in the room was very welcoming and comfortable.

its a great little self check in location, a 10 minute walk to Woolwich with great links to the city centre. it clean, comfortable and affordable. Would definitely recommend for those traveling for work.

Very little cozy room, clean and good for sleepover when visiting london. Good price. Good connections to the location from city centre by subway (Elisabeth line) and buses. Neigborhood was quiet at night.

Everything ok

Bus stop 5 min. Away. Good connection to Stansted airport. Room was simple but comfortable. And really quiet. Shared bathroom big and next door. Safe area. Easy check in. Good fish and chips next door, also a kebab and a store. Everything you need for 3 days stay.
