the smell from the chip shop and kebab shop downstairs and the crackheads standing outside all day and night .. constant noise from every room in the house, the tiny room is a 20 minute walk from the station and is no where NEAR GREENWICH ! this crap room is in WOOLWICH !! not greenwich as advertised …and will take u an hour from central london if your lucky stay away

The area. Unbelievable how a great city like London has turned into a cess pit. Don't go out after dark to Woolwich

The entrance is an inconspicuous door next to a chip shop which opens up to a narrow flight of stairs (too narrow to carry a large suitcase through). My room was clean and included a tv, wardrobe and a desk although the walls were very thin so you could hear the next room as well as the outside as it’s facing the street. Not a great view either. This is suitable for a one night stay if you’re struggling to find anything but the overall experience felt dire. The surrounding area isn’t great and it’s a good 15 minutes’ walk from the centre/station.

It could do with some refurbishment. The room did not look anything like as advertised. The hallway was reeking of fish and chips as the accommodation is located above a fish and chip shop. The room was either too cold or when I turned the heating on it became too hot. Room was noisy due to the poor insulation. It was freezing cold in the bathroom and barely any pressure in the shower.

Our room was a shared bathroom when the photos indicated an en suite, didn’t realise until after we got there that it had a shared bathroom. Even without this we were disappointed as bedrooms were lock and key and no staff on site. We didn’t feel safe staying and leaving our belongings in the room so we ended up booking another location and staying there for our holiday. Sat in the room for about 5 minutes looking for somewhere new with other guests shouting constantly from their room, bedrooms might as well be one room it felt that close. Others might be happy with it but wasn’t for us.

The location was very difficult to find and was very loud. I didn’t like the cold bathroom with little hot water. There weren’t enough towels, toilet paper, or coffee creamer. The curtain rods, bed, and TV were crooked. The lighting was poor and not enough electrical outlets.

I enjoyed the electric kettle and the heater in the room.

very noisy area, couldn’t sleep all night with the noise outside and people banging through the hall. it’s also not what we would call a guest house. it’s a flat someone decided to call a guesthouse. we do not recommend. also a nightmare to get to. 👎

Bed was very uncomfy and squeaky, only a very simple door to the corridor which meant that any other guests arriving or leaving was very noisy. On one morning it started to smell like burning, because the neighbour had started a small bonfire in the garden. Stairwell smells lile oil as the place is over a Fish and Chips shop, although the smell was minimal in the room itself.

tiny, the worst bed I’ve ever come across ever was a bed full of springs, no parking so got a ticket, came in to it absolutely freezing, turned heater on then immediately was absolutely sweating as couldn’t control the heat, no cups, no spoons, no plates

The walls were quite thin so I could hear the people in the other room laughing and talking even when they weren't being loud. The location was close to where I needed to be but the road it's on has buses going past regularly so couldn't keep the window open while trying to sleep but I guess most places in London will have that issue

The room was nice. Double bed, smart tv came with netflix, which I didn't expect, and I think there might have also been Amazon Prime too but I didn't click on it. The room had a decent wall heater so was nice to put on after coming in from the cold. I felt safe and secure with the lock on my bedroom door and an additional lock on the door to the floor (split into 2 rooms that share a bathroom). Easy and quick replies from the people who run the accomodation. There are some takeaways below the accomodation or a 10 minute walk up towards Woolwich where there were more food options as well as a Tesco Extra. I think now booking.com has started allowing more airbnb type properties on it there is this feel of 'are these lower budget places going to be safe'. I felt this was a safe and nice stay

The lock was kinda weird. You had to push to lock it properly, but, at the end of the day, the door would close.

I’ve been here twice. I really like this place. Comfortable and nice looking. In addition, the cleaning staff is very friendly and kind.

There wasn’t a mirror in the bathroom, but there was one in the bedroom. Apart from this, it was perfect.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The shower was very nice too. This is a great place that we would highly recommend. Money well spent: we will come back.

AVOID this place. 7 of us stayed here with 5 others staying at their other property. I had to change 2 of the rooms from 2 nights to 1 night but couldn’t do it without cancelling both rooms & rebooking. When I rebooked for 1 night they added a cancellation fee. I have been trying to get my refund the past 6 days. They’re not replying to texts or answering my calls nor are they answering to Booking.com.

absolutely awful filth ! dirty doors how do you check someone into a room without being cleaned the owners are greedy dont care about the property. doors left open poo stains in toilet DO NOT stay here
