Needs a bit of lighting to get to the gate as it’s quite dark st 4am.

The perfect place to stay if you are flying out early from Gatwick. Beautifully presented with all the amenities, and really good value for money.

Only a really small thing, but the towels would have been better if they were large, bath sheets, rather than the smaller, basic, bath towels! They were super soft and absorbent though!

Location was perfect for access to Gatwick. Very close. Taxi is only £17.50 one way! Laura was a great host. Excellent communication. Really cute little place. It was lovely to have fresh milk provided in the fridge for coffee/tea.

Everything... Location & comfort suits us perfectly. 3rd stay now. Only 3 minutes drive from the Purple Parking car park. The Half Moon pub is only a short stroll away and serves a pleasant meal. The Greyhound pub almost directly opposite is another pub option.

Not much negative to say - we didn't notice the helpful welcome note on the kitchen table that advised there were actually shutters for the front window so we used a blanket to cover it like a curtain. If we'd arrived during daylight hours we probably would have seen the external shutters and/or the welcome note - but in case anyone is as unobservant as us, you don't need to use a blanket to cover the front window :)

We really enjoyed this cosy self-contained apartment which was clean, beautifully styled, and well equipped with all the amenities we needed and more (washing machine, cooking appliances, smart TV, crockery, cutlery, heaters, extra blankets etc). The hosts were in contact via text message durig the day of arrival to ensure we got in ok and had provided some convenient provisions including fruit, milk and tea bags so we could settle in immediately, which was appreciated as we got in after dark. The location was exactly what we needed for an early morning car hire drop off at Gatwick airport before our flights - being mere minutes from multiple petrol stations for our last fill up and then the airport.

Wonderful night stay here. So nice to be on our own. Short walk 2mins to get to a little pub serving Italian food which was really nice (go for the fresh pasta,delicious!!) Pizza was really nice too. Communication was really good and the host was fantastic. We would 100% stay here again. Also there is a bus stop outside the greyhound pub which was really handy to get to the airport. We were about to order an Uber for £24 and the bus pulled up £4 for the two of us. There in 10 mins.

The best place to stay the night before you fly out from Gatwick. It's easy to access this unique property which was beautifully clean with all the facilities you'd expect from somewhere bigger. You can also leave your car at the location for a very reasonable fee.

Stayed twice now as a great location for gatwick airport. Accommodation is comfortable and relaxing, surrounded by woodland. Two pubs nearby for eats and drinks but if you wish to self cater there is everything you'd need. Highly recommend. Parking for your holiday duration is available too, check with the owner.

I have literally not a single negative thing to say about this accommodation. Ten out of ten. Stop looking and book a stay here!

OK, I am staying here from now on whenever I have to fly out of Gatwick! Laura and Dan were such amazing hosts. Not only did Laura cheerfully offer to pick me up and drop me off at the airport for less than an Uber would've cost, and she kept me totally apprised at every step of the way about where to meet and timing, she also helped me to arrange delivery of delicious Chinese food for my dinner and assisted me with drying my clothes after I had a bit of a hiccup with the washing machine provided in the unit. (And what a thoughtful amenity for someone who has been traveling for 2 weeks to have a washer/dryer in the unit!) I loved meeting their two friendly Rottweilers as well. The dogs would come by and visit me when I was out on the lovely little patio, which I greatly appreciated having and especially the fact I was allowed to smoke and an ashtray and cute little seating area were provided. Hosts were readily available but never intrusive. The unit has everything a solo traveler could possibly want: fridge, kettle and a whole little kitchenette really, glasses, mugs, dishes and silverware included. Milk in the fridge and coffee, tea and sugar plus some other unexpected sundries like jam and peanut butter. Plenty of outlets for charging and a separate portable clicker for the lights! The bed was really comfy. There is a separate seating area with TV and you can log into your Netflix. Bathroom features a luxurious shower. The entire unit is just sparkling clean and they've paid attention to every single detail. Walking distance to a convenience store, pubs and restaurants. I was only there overnight before my flight, but would love to stay even longer!
