Microwave button faulty, dangerous sharp metal bits sticking up out of edge of ironing board - I told check-out staff about these points. No washing-up liquid or dishcloths. Early check-out at 10.00am.

NO BREAKFAST AS IT IS AN APARTMENT. LOCATION FINE, 6 MINS WALK TO Gloucester Road TUBE.

Some directions would be useful, and maybe some local info. The guy who met me with the keys could have been a bit more welcoming, and guided me through the apartment.

Great location. The apartment was fine. It just needs a bit of TLC. Clean, but feels a little unloved.

The bed was uncomfortable and the dishes in the cupboard wasn't clean.

The location was great close to everything train was a 10 minute walk Hyde Park and Kensington palace a 5 min walk .

The shower was blocked so could only use it for a couple of minutes before it started to leak out, only one pillow each which isn't the comfiest. No milk for tea.

Amazing location, really close to a couple of underground stations and a few minutes walk from Hyde Park. Busy nightlife on the road nearby but could not hear the noise from inside the room. Comfy bed, modern shower room, clean enough. Towels, kettle, microwave, tv provided.

It wasn’t clean, we had to ask them to come and clean it as there was dirt everywhere. The bedding and towels were stained. Even after it was cleaned it still had parts that were dirty. They responded after we said it was not clean enough but even after it was supposed to be clean there was loads that you shouldn’t find in a holiday rental. The boiler stopped working on 2 days and i had to reset it twice which took half an hour each time. If they put a bit of effort into this accommodation they would have a goldmine, the surroundings are great.

It was near where we wanted, Hyde park.

Stuff wasn’t nice. I waited more than 30m to get the Key. No hot water. Room was dirty.

There was no toilet roll provided so we had to go out and buy our own, we didn’t know exactly when we were going to arrive and we felt pressured to give a time of arrival as we were called many times- we were unsure due to traffic and trains. could definitely do with more pillows the one pillow we were given was very flat.

it’s in a good location and it had heating in the room with a decent bed so we were warm.

We had to wait 30 minutes in the cold after travelling because they took forever to meet us with the keys - and when ringing him he kept hanging up on me. Not only that but they were knocking on our door 5 minutes before the stated checkout time and didn’t give us privacy when finishing packing (left the door open and kept coming in)

staff are very unprofessional, the reception was in diffraction place, we try to call them because we didn’t find the right door and they didn’t answer at all, time for check out was between 10 to 4 and the guy start knock the door from 9:30

What I didn't like was the hole apartment was absolutely dirty not clean . Bathroom smelled . The bedding was dirty . There was no tea no cut in the kitchen space plated was also dirty. No hand soap in the bathroom .
