The breakfast was a disappointment. I was expecting to be able to order from a menu. And the coffee would have been nicer in cafetières rather than filtered. It wasn’t cheap.

Beautiful setting with fabulous river views. Very welcoming staff and wonderful spacious room with comfy bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits and drinks on arrival. It felt very luxurious.

There is no evening restaurant but a shuttle service was supposed to be available to take us to the town centre restaurants. Unfortunately it wasn't available for the night of our stay. That said, it is a very pleasant walk into town, taking around 10 - 15 mins.

The hotel has a lovely exterior and a warm welcome awaits from the reception team. The room was great and spotlessly clean. Plentiful breakfast with a good choice.

    Loved it all.

Great location only 15-20 minutes walk into Salisbury. Hotel was lovely and the staff really friendly and helpful. Our rooms were really spacious and clean. We all got a good nights sleep. The complimentary welcome drink was a nice touch. Delicious breakfast in the morning too.

The hotel doesn’t do evening meals but does offer a shuttle bus into Salisbury allowing you to eat in one of the city centre restaurants.

Lovely large room with a gorgeous view of the river at the rear of the property. Staff all friendly and welcoming. Nice bar with good range of drinks.

We didn't realise there wasn't a restaurant and we understand there was once. It might be nice to introduce some "light bites" that you could have with drinks.

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of both hot and cold. What made our stay were the staff. So warm and friendly and no request was too much for them.
