Maybe a mat available for inside the bath to enable better footing when taking a shower?

Really enjoyed our 2nts stay, lovely hotel, welcoming and friendly staff on reception and at the bar, efficient staff at breakfast in the morning, it's a lovely walk into town but there's also a very useful minibus in the evening, we didn't have the most spacious room on top floor but fantastic views, nicely decorated and clean, slept really well thanks to thick and comfy mattress, great bathroom, would highly recommend, we had a very pleasant stay thank you!

Everything. From arriving and being given two drinks vouchers to the lovely room we had, this place is a gem. Nice staff too. They don’t do evening meals BUT they run a free shuttle bus and will take you into the town centre to eat as well as pick you up later. Great breakfast too.

Would have liked to have been able to eat at the hotel. However, as they don't offer evening meals, they provide a shuttle bus service and the driver will take you wherever you want, and they can recommend restaurants in the area.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, Room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the beautiful Salisbury Cathedral. Breakfast was relaxed and very nice. Amazing shuttle bus service is offered in the evening.

Shower temperature varied. Just a personal opinion that for safety all showers should be thermostatically controlled.

Very friendly welcome by reception, comfortable room. Although there is no dinner restaurant the hotel runs a shuttle into and out off the city (less than 10 min). Great breakfast with eggs cooked fresh!

We really liked the lovely location of this hotel and walked easily to to the cathedral from it . All the staff we met were friendly and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast . We were impressed that the hotel was so clean . We Loved it

Beautiful hotel, decorated impeccably and the staff were so lovely. Even got a welcome drink on arrival In the bar. Bonus was that it had car charging facilities as I’d travelled a long way to get there.
