Noisy water cistern, every time someone used water, the cistern would refill, but very noisy!!

Great location, 2 mins walk from village centre. Private parking. The room (room 10) was very nice and comfortable.

Bathroom needs a bit of tlc and the parking spaces are fun to get in and out of , but no problem really.

Lindsey was fabulous, texting all the info required and went over and above to sort out extra pillows! . The room was spotlessly clean. We had room six , which had the private bathroom next door. This was no problem whatsoever. We managed to have a parking space for two nights . It is a two minute walk into the centre , so the location was superb . Highly recommend this hotel

The mattress was not the best. The carpet in the area immediately behind the front door was torn and threadbare. Some investment needed in my opinion.

Some mould on shower tiles grouts & silicon sealant. No toilet brush. Room could do with a repaint on walls. Part of ceiling showing damp patch ( stained) from possible old leak.

Nice cosy room( No 2). Nice & warm in the hallway & bedroom. Very easy access & close to village centre.

Nice and comfortable good location didn't meet any staff so can't really make a comment, was expecting a bath so a little disappointed but would certainly stop there again.

Didn't realise the 'private bathroom' was external to the room, but it was private to us and only a couple of yards away.

Excellent location, just a two minute walk from the centre of Grassington yet very quiet. Good communication in advance and whilst staying. Nice selection of sweets, biscuits and slippers awaiting in the room.

This is a beautiful place to stay. As soon as we walked through the main door it smelt so clean and fresh. I was a little concerned that it wasn't ensuite, however the private bathroom was just a few steps away and not a problem at all. Thanks for a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend and would like to return.

The bathroom would benefit from a little T.L.C

The location was very good everything to hand people were very friendly,stunning scenery we love to have a break in Yorkshire as we always feel at home being ‘Yorkshire people’Parking was very good we could leave the car where it was unless we had a trip out. Plenty of choice when it came to eating and drinking out and again very friendly people.

Bathroom very small and water in the sink ran to slow and sink very small , we couldn’t regulate the temperature on the shower to hot . Room was very hot at times but luckily there was a fan .

We were unsettled by how many spiders were in the room. We feel some of them could have been moved when cleaning but then understand that others will get in after this and during our stay. Even though the radiator was turned off, the room was very warm which resulted in poor sleep. We did sleep with the window slightly open due to this which felt a little unsafe due to us being on the ground floor.

We liked how close it was to the main square for shops and amenities. The owner was lovely and sent text messages with instructions before our stay and also on our stay when we were informed that the room was ready. We had read in previous reviews that out of the 12 rooms, 2 are dog friendly. I asked for the dog friendly room with the private bathroom and the owner sent a message back very promptly to say that this was fine. This was appreciated :)

Our upstairs lights tripped so we had no lights in bathroom or lounge first night, but it was fixed straight away the next day with no further issues.

Amazing location to the town centre. Pubs, shops only 2 min walk. Room was lovely. Brilliant communication from owner. Very welcoming.

Fantastic location. Secure. Well lit (we arrived in the dark). Carpark! Great communication from the owner from the moment we booked even text on the day to say our room was ready early. Great customer service.
