Nothing apart from where we had to park, one of us had to go round to the other side of the cottage to unlock the door to open the door the other side nearest the car and let people in. Other door didn't have a key lock. Bit inconvenient when loading, unloading the car or if it was raining.

The cottages are really nicely done, very clean and spacious and the heated pool is an added bonus. The whole place is just lovely.

There wasn’t anything negative about our stay. One thing that did cause a little bit of annoyance was the large vans in the car park. Maybe if they parked round the back would be better.

The cottage was clean and tidy, had everything we needed and was nice and warm, in fact we had to turn the heating down. This was our third stay at green acres and without a doubt we will be back in the future. The use of the poo is such a luxury and we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property. Only used as a base for a short stay so can't really comment on the facilities. Property was clean. Bedrooms were comfortable. En suite shower worked very well. Living room was very comfortable. Property was warm throughout. Kitchen was well equipped. All bathrooms were well equipped. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return again.

Garden for the pet friendly cottage could be a bit bigger, less shingles. Pool could be a bit warmer. Could do with an extra couple of blankets and padding for the sofa bed downstairs.

The cottage was nice, a good size and had everything we needed. The swimming pool was a good size for the kids to enjoy. The communication was good, they provided all the details in good time and everything went smoothly.

There were no logs available for the log burner. Staff were not onsite to assist.

We had all the comfort except of that one sad misunderstanding.

The only thing is that we have got the other room than we expected, as we expected the one from the photos. So just to let you know that somewhere on the booking there is a small writing which is saying that the pictures are from many rooms and you will can never know which one you will get… I was a but upset as I only payed this amount if money for the view I saw in the pictures.

Great facilities, useful location, quiet, comfortable and clean. The accommodation was well sized for a family of four with a small child and offered all the mod cons that would be expected. Couldn't have asked for more

Whilst it is self catering, it would have been nice to have had a few more cleaning products included (aside from some dishwasher tablets), even if just washing up liquid. A hoover would also have been useful. Some more central washing machines & driers would also have been helpful, and they were expensive at around £6 a wash, £5 drying.

Lovely location/views, and delightful exterior. Interior was bright & airy, with solid furniture styled to be in keeping with the exterior, and all lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable.

Lovely place to stay with all their facilities and management. Staff was very cooperative and helping. The swimming pool was very well maintained .

Oven didn’t work till clock was set. Whilst I knew this may have been a reason why - others may not. No option to connect tv to streaming services was a little frustrating. Handbook was great about accommodation but perhaps more local things to do - Eden project etc. perhaps the option to buy wood for log burner would have been good also

Great layout and size. Beds were very comfy. Lounge cosy and log fire option was welcomed. Bathrooms were well laid out and having three was helpful. Pool was great. Grounds were well looked after and beautiful. Location and instructions all good. Kid friendly.
