These 4-star cottages are situated in 2 acres of grounds, and have an indoor heated swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, and free parking on site. Each room in every Greenacres cottage has a TV and there are 2 deluxe bathrooms. Features also include a well-equipped kitchen area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer. Guests can relax beside a wood-burner in the comfortable lounge, which has a TV. Children can have fun in a dedicated play area outside in the beautiful grounds. With numerous beaches within easy reach, including in Par, just 3 miles away, Greenacres Cottages are close to a number of pretty coastal walks. There is also a small beach at Readymoney Cove.

For long stay holiday bookings of 28 nights or longer a security deposit of £350 will be payable. This will be fully refundable (within 7 working days) subject to any deductions for loss, damages, breakages or excessive cleaning being required on departure.
Furthermore, charges will be made if the property is left in an unacceptable condition requiring excessive cleaning.
