The breakfast £9.95 was way too much for what we got, 1 weetabix, 1 sausage, 1 rasher of bacon, half a tomato, 1 egg, 1.5 slices of toast. Breakfast in town would Have been cheaper for more. Breakfast would be better off site. Mainly coach tours.

It was in a good location, the room was clean and ventilation was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was quite small (room 3). Shower area was very small. The one window only opened a few inches and the view was not great. But otherwise all was fine.

Clean accommodation. Comfortable bed. Nice seating areas in Lounge. The bar area was fine. Staff were very polite.

Hotel lift is very small and old,had to be used as my room was on the top floor. Corridors are in need of decoration. The view out of the bedroom was the worst ever, Scaffolding and building work.

Excellent location loved walking from the hotel along the sea front. Paid for parking permit from the hotel reception but plenty of parking available. Very pleasant helpful staff. Clean room with comfortable bed.

Even with window opened (noisy seagulls!!) the room was still very warm.

Very convenient for our visit, our plans were at the Lawns end of the seafront. Staff friendly and helpful.

No shower - bath and shower head, which was not great. Not enough shower gel to have a shower anyway. Very soft mattress on a double bed (we're used to a king) which meant we didn't sleep well. Paid for breakfast the first morning, but there was a very restricted choice and it all felt a bit rushed. Coffee pot was over filled and so when you tipped it to pour it all came out of the lid and soaked the table cloth.

Location - close to tennis. Room was clean and after check out hotel were happy to look after our bags so we could go out.

I stayed in a single room. The hotel itself feels dated. Some wear and tear. There was a handheld shower without a proper bracket. And the bath towel was not very big. But I was only staying one night so I wasn’t too inconvenienced.

Really great location, right near the beach, and very friendly staff who were happy to help. I was able to leave a rucksack to pick up later, after I had checked out.

There was no shower in the room. There was only a shower attachment which was chained to the wall, and there was no shower curtain so you couldn't go hands free. I had my first bath in years, which must cost the hotel a lot to heat all that water.

Comfortable room, friendly staff. Left my bag early in the morning and they took it to my room for me, which is pretty good for a value hotel

Bathroom was clean and tidy but a little bit cramped, without a shower as such, just a hair spray, but as we were only there for 2 nights, not a problem.

It was clean and looked smart. Staff friendly and helpful and breakfast was tasty and served efficiently. Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space 🙂
