I know it's probably the same with every hotel but £15 per day for parking seems a lot. Breakfast was ok, £15 per person also seems a lot especially if you don't want a full English cooked breakfast.

The lift is still out so walking 3 flights of stairs was a killer. Parking was expensive but lots of road parking available

The staff were very friendly at reception and in the spa. I stayed with my daughter and our room was very nice, clean, everything worked. The bed was so comfy. The bathroom looked brand new with huge shower, 2 sinks. Separate toilet.

The rooms were a bit tired looking and were not too clean.

The hotel currently advertises itself as having facilities for the disabled however their lift is not working and will not be for an unspecified period. There was no concession given in the price. Unhelpful management when this was stance was questioned.

The parking .was 15£ per night and we asked about parking on the street and was told we can.. .but my daughter didn't ask about street parking ended up paying £30 for two nights They should tell people you can park on street to save money

The first night was poor as the concierge could not work the machine to get us into the room. Then the room was very small and the shower was not working as the holder was broken. When we spoke with reception, we got upgraded and the room was much better. It was difficult to find the men's bathroom downstairs.

We got our room upgraded but only after a night. The facilities around the pool looked good.

There was no access to the lift meaning we had to walk 3 flights of stairs. The only thing I would say was not great that was we had to pay £15 to park in the hotels car park. There was also work going on so was a strong smell of paint and banging.

Breakfast. The cooked breakfast was minging. It is cooked, put into containers and left to go hard and dry. I was at breakfast at 7 each morning and it was all dry then!!

Our rooms were above the bar / restaurant so we could hear the music playing - not very good for a Sunday morning when trying to lie in. Lifts were not working for our trip. We did use the spa facilities but the Spa pools were out of action due to an accident by another guest - we had no reduction for lack of facilities nor did they offer to give complimentary robes which were £6 each to hire

Staff were very friendly and restaurant food was good. Had a good range of facilities. We used the Spa and had nice treatments

Not a great menu for those requiring vegetarian or vegan options. Plus, it would be nice to having recycling bins for guests to use
