Friendly and helpful staff. Great location, city centre within easy walking distance. Room was nice and clean, and the additional cot we requested was made after our arrival so as to ensure we were happy with it. Great selection at breakfast.

No one checking in at breakfast, anyone could walk in of the street for some food. Not enough seats for dining. Breakfast was average at best, not great.

No tables available at breakfast, the meat at breakfast was overcooked. Needed an invoice to give to work, was told I couldn’t have one as I’d booked through a 3rd party. I sent an email requesting an invoice and was given one later

Property was nice can’t really fault anything but only one complaint was breakfast plates where dirty and hadn’t been washed correctly, a few people had told the waitress and I think it was a manager who was seating people so that’s a put off for me.

Modern property and very clean and spacious plus parking underneath which is a bonus. Bed was comfortable plus tea and coffee facilities with kettle and also a hairdryer and iron plus ironing board. Buffet breakfast was nice with a various choice of cereals, hot food and also a waffle maker which I’ve never seen in a hotel for breakfast.

The staff could have been friendlier. People at the front desk seemed more interested in talking with each other than actually helping us get checked in.

Great place to stay for a city break to Liverpool. Many of the big attractions are within walking distance as are some great restaurants. Hotel was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was great for this price range.

The room was spotless and the bed and pillows were so comfortable that it made it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The breakfast wasnt great although there was plenty of choice. It being a buffet style, like most hotels go for quantity over quality so this was no surprise.

Breakfast service was chaotic, but do believe the hotel was understaffed. Lack of cups, plates, glasses and condiments for breakfast. No fridge in room.

You need walk around 10 min until bus stop. The window is opposite of neighbors (another building) that will lose your privacy at night

Staff are very Helpful.Check In was so easy and prompt.We arrived a few hours before our check in time and the receptionist was able too accommodate an Early check in for us.Rooms are spotless.And the hotel has a feel safe and secure vibe.Great if you have kids with you.Breakfast was buffet style and something for everyone.The waffle maker was a big treat for kids.Also the liverpool 1 bus station is literally 5 mins from hotel.The bus runs from liverpool airport and Returns from same station.No need for Taxi from Airport.overall we enjoyed our stay and we would return.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic. It is self service and the layout and flow does not accommodate a large number of people at one time. We stayed on a football weekend so it was very busy.

The hotel is in a great location very near the Albert Dock which is a lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars and things to see. The staff, particularly manager Demi, were really helpful. We had a problem with our booking and she did everything she could to sort it out.

Breakfast was awful. Limited choice of hot and cold. Juice wasn't juice. Coffee wasn't great. Had 2 night stay and didn't bother with the second morning. Probably should have stayed else where. Lights in bathroom not all worked. Lamp in bedroom didn't work. Bed very hard but probably ok for some.
