Everything we needed for our stay was available to us. Rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast very tasty. Omar on the front desk was especially helpful to us.

We didn't like the opaque glass window in our bedroom, we could not see anything out of the window at all and it felt a little claustrophobic!! When we checked out and dropped our room cards into a box, the man on reception barely looked up, he didn't say goodbye or ask if we'd a nice stay.

I liked the gentleman on the reception who booked us in, very friendly. I liked the room and the fact that it was fairly close to the lift. The breakfast was okay, I have had worse and I have also had better, not overly hot and only scrambled egg, no other type of cooked egg,

Maybe it would have been better if there were disposable slippers and a shoe horn.

The breakfast met my expectations and the baked goods were very fresh and hot. I chose it as a very convenient place in terms of location. The bus stop was almost 50 meters away and it was very good for transportation to the metro.

The room was too light which made it difficult for us to sleep. Blackout curtains would be a really good addition.

The room was a good size. There was plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet and I especially enjoyed making my own waffles.

The only problem we had was that had to sit on the bed to watch television. Next time I would try and book a room with room to sit.

Very easy to get to and in the right location for our hospital visit. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and staff helpful

Breakfast was little plain and did not include any fresh ingredients like tomato or cucumber. If hotel would add something fresh, it would have been lovely.

The fact they locked me out of my room as they apparently didn’t know who was in it, despite me being checked in earlier in the night by a lovely girl. Night staff weren’t particularly apologetic and kind of blamed me, which I didn’t appreciate at 5.30am!! Also, no Do not disturb sign for the door and didn’t appreciate housekeeping systematically knocking on every door of the floor at 9am, despite most people still being in bed and not having checked out as checkout is 11am.

Our room was below ground level so there was no window which was very strange & we didn't like this. Also the room was very small.

Bed was comfy, good quality bed linen & towels, room was very small. We had good nights sleep both nights. Breakfast was good, good choice too.

The curtain won’t close even though I flipped all the switches on the bedside panel. No view, there’s a window but it’s not clear and doesn’t open. Cleaner came into my room at 9:30 despite the check out being at 11 and the “do not disturb “ sign on my door, that could have been very uncomfortable. Other than that all good.

Breakfast could have been better, it really wasn't great and on Saturday we went down at around 9:30 and there was nothing left.

New hotel, so everything was clean and looked nice, beds were comfy, really great shower, good location.

I was unsure about being below ground level with no outside window. It was only one night and it was more the thought of it. The room being immaculate helped too. I’m sure had I asked they would have accommodated a room swap.

The room was very clean and obviously new. The bed was very comfortable.
