Clean and modern hotel in a great location. Convenient for TfL (Bus and Tube), but also a good starting point to discover London by foot. The neighborhood seems safe, even at night. Very friendly staff. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is nice and very well mentained.

The rooms do not have much space in terms of storage so you will not be able to unpack during your stay.

The rooms were spacious, and the bathroom had a big walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast which was included was very good. The nearest tube station is Old Street and is 5 minute walk from the hotel. Be aware the rooms on floors 1 and 2 do not have windows.

The bathroom. We were in a room with a bathroom for wheelchair accessibility and it made showering very difficult.

I understand that rooms need to be clean and small clean but the absolutely overpowering smell of cheap room freshener or something was so bad I had to use eyedrops just to stand it. Our clothes stank of it when we got home - horrendous

The breakfast was basic. The coffee's not great. No soya or almond milk. Limited choice.

The staff were friendly, although clearly young and new in their roles. The hotel is very clean and new. Well-designed and quiet. The gym is excellent. The restaurant staff were especially friendly and warm.

Not enough normal teabags in the room and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic and it was very simple. Held in reception area so bit odd eating breakfast by the front door as people came and went.

Despite the room not having a window as being below ground level it was bright and spacious with everything we needed. Modern decor helped.

Everything we needed for our stay was available to us. Rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast very tasty. Omar on the front desk was especially helpful to us.

We didn't like the opaque glass window in our bedroom, we could not see anything out of the window at all and it felt a little claustrophobic!! When we checked out and dropped our room cards into a box, the man on reception barely looked up, he didn't say goodbye or ask if we'd a nice stay.

I liked the gentleman on the reception who booked us in, very friendly. I liked the room and the fact that it was fairly close to the lift. The breakfast was okay, I have had worse and I have also had better, not overly hot and only scrambled egg, no other type of cooked egg,

The breakfast met my expectations and the baked goods were very fresh and hot. I chose it as a very convenient place in terms of location. The bus stop was almost 50 meters away and it was very good for transportation to the metro.

The room was too light which made it difficult for us to sleep. Blackout curtains would be a really good addition.

The room was a good size. There was plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet and I especially enjoyed making my own waffles.

The only problem we had was that had to sit on the bed to watch television. Next time I would try and book a room with room to sit.
