The gym wasn’t the best but it ok for temp use to keep those gains whilst away.

The room was big, lovely and clean, the bath was brilliant and the water was lovely and hot and was nice that the shower was separate but they still had a little shower head with the bath making it easy to rinse the bath out after and before use. The bad was lovely and comfy. The bar was nice atmosphere and was good to sit in and have a drink. The swimming pool and facilities in there was amazing. Was deffo worth the money and will be booking again. Only a few mins walk from the bay and from the town centre/ train station. Cardiff is a lovely scene too and so many amazing shops to browse.

The window was very small so the room was quite dark. Bit awkward to get to the front door as you have to go out and round through the car park.

The room had a comfy bed and good facilities - tea, coffee, toiletries etc. Check-in and check-out process was very speedy and easy. No real complaints.

Only criticism is that the heater in the room was not very good at the highest heat level and I couldn't work out the air con.

Basically everything was good. The bar was very good, pleasant environment.

The person who served me on arrival wasnt very friendly and failed to mention about the need to open an account for charging expenses to the room account payable on departure.

Room was neat and tidy and met our needs perfectly. The breakfast was fantastic - lots of offer and very yummy. Location was between Cardiff Centre and Cardiff Docks and about a 10 minute walk to both. Pool and sauna/steam room were excellent - very clean.

Dusty room and some parts didn't look as clean as I expected for a professional place. Some things with a lot of wear and tear. Taps drip and tap during cold water didn't work on bath. But for it being one of the cheapest hotels close to the centre of Cardiff it's fine.

Big comfy bed , decent size room, warm, nice well looked after Lobby with nice looking bar.tea and coffee and hairdryer in the room. Shower and bath in bathroom

The toilet had marks in the bowl which made it look dirty and the hairline cracks in the sink and bath were not appealing either. The curtains in the room had stains on them.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great and open till 10pm which meant we had time to take advantage of the facilities in the evening. Good restaurant so didn’t need to go out searching for an evening meal. And the breakfast was very good. Overall good value for money.

No aircon on in hotel- rooms were boiling!!!

Breakfast was great value. Kids enjoyed the pancake machine. Use of pool/ sauna etc was a bonus to our stay.

The bath towels in the bathroom were far too small and thin and the shower gel supplied had been watered down.

The location was excellent. The hotel was modern and the room was very spacious. There was a fridge and tea making facilities, iron and ironing board. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was very good indeed.
