Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomBreakfast service - whilst a lot to choose from this was a buffet style and sausages were hard and cold. Coffee from the machine was also cold but the hot water OK. No USB port in the room but again Reception kindly assisted with charging my phone. Distance to walk to the room was very far if I was to have one grip
The Reception staff went out of there way to help with our questions. Unfortunately our car unexpectedly broke down and we had to leave it in the car park. They assisted with taxi numbers and trip to the airport and even water for the engine. Nothing was too much trouble - so sorry not to have got the name of the young lady from the morning and the gent in the late evening.

United KingdomAs I just commented, it was a lovely, peaceful location. Other guests, unfortunately, weren't asked to get in their rooms silently and paraded right through the night.
I chose the location due to being off the road. Advantage we were on a higher level and only had the court yard outside. The same couldn't be said for the noisy guests rolling in from midnight till 0800hrs Sunday morning

United KingdomThe outside looks so tired!! The pictures give an impression of a very modern and clean front but honestly, it could do with a lick of paint and general tidying up. The interior decor is also very dated, it felt like a bit of a time warp and I’d stepped back into a motel from the 90s. Which was odd as the room was very modern inside! Also, the bed was rock solid. It may have actually been more comfortable sleeping on the floor.
The interior of the hotel was tidy and the room was very clean and well presented. The restaurant was nice and breakfast was lovely!

Really lovely staff, Gemma in particular went above and beyond to help us out. Hotel was clean and tidy. Free parking with plenty of spaces available. We did not eat at the hotel but the food menu looked reasonably priced and they offered room service.

United KingdomMy daughter left her glasses in our room we came back to the hotel for them they hadn't been logged and they are very unhelpful at the front desk. Ok the receptionists are young late teens or early 20s but the professionality isn't great. So daughter can't see properly because people couldn't be bothered to look in lost and found or housekeeping said they will call us we live in London
