Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThere was a lengthy wait to be checked in despite arriving almost an hour after earliest check in and this had to be done at the end of the main pub bar. Ground floor room had the door lock at shoulder height and made the lock fiddly to close the door securely upon exiting, and would be inaccessible for a permanent wheelchair user. The room was quite compact and small, so not enough clearance between the desk and bed to use the desk chair, and the bed was very creaky. Conversations from other guests was easily heard through the thin walls/ceiling. Generally good quality, but mostly for a bed for the night rather than a place to rest between activities.
The staff were very polite and welcoming from the first instance, and directed me twice towards the correct check in area. The room was clean and well presented throughout, and kept at a warm temperature. Restaurant area was well maintained and staffed, and food was of a good quality and atmosphere was family-friendly.

Picked the hotel as ideal for the hospital across the road. My wife stayed here 3 nights while I was in Chorley & South Ribblesdale Hospital. The room was decent, and the location also has pub & and a restaurant & walking distance into town. The staff were very well mannered & couldn't do enough to help me & my wife.

GermanyThe room was a bit cramped. It was fine and acceptable because I was alone, but it would have been very hard to navigate the room if there was another person with me.
Very clean room, good facilities, location of the hotel & pub near the motorway is ideal for travelers with cars. Of note was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, easily the best part of this hotel.
