on arrival there was faeces in the toilet, bunk bed screws missing, bunk bed step cracked, shower was mouldy and full of soap scum, bedding was brown with hairs on it. generally not maintained and dirty.

nothing it was filthy, no management, and when we got hold of management they responded by saying the room was not dirty even though we had pictures to back it up.

from arriving at the hotel the name on the hotel wasn’t the correct details soon as we arrived we where just given keys and they didn’t ask for details ie name ect , the room was so dirty to the bathroom dog hair all over the floor and shower and floor was black , the bedding was was stained and there was no battery’s in the remotes tv not working and when leaving the room the door wouldn’t lock properly , so we had to book another hotel, the hotel staff where constantly shouting and arguen outside the main entrance mostly through out the day/night when I would walk past after leaving would not recommend specially with kids as my kids words it smells and it had scary people there!!!

I booked the hotel at 8am on the morning of arrival, as it was last minute. the only filters I applied to the search was for a private bathroom and extra large double bed. I booked this room as it had both, and was a good location for what we were doing. I didn’t expect anything fancy, but something basic and clean. when we arrived for check-in at 2pm, the lady had a written list of guests she’d been left with. We weren’t on there (probably since we only booked 6 hours prior), and another lady asked for our confirmation e-mail and how much we paid. After viewing this we were sent to room 14. we were met with a room containing a standard size double bed and an additional separate single bed in the corner. There was (what looked like) dog hair on the bedding and towels, and sand (or perhaps crumbs) on the mattress, so we could feel lots of little bits when lying in bed which was irritating. There were liquid stains on the wall, and the window ledges in the room and bathroom were covered in dust and dirt from outside. the shower went between cold and lukewarm continuously, and the only toilet roll in the room had only a few sheets on it. There wasn’t even hand soap at the sink.

bathroom door was broken. windows would shit properly we weee right next to the south pier so couldn’t sleep as it was to loud and the showe went from scalding hot to ice cold and my daughter burnt herself! will never return

The hotel was dirty, the staff was rude, the toilet was disgusting the seat didn't fit properly. The room was full of dust with stains on the floor and walls, the window seal was broken, the wardrobe was broken, there was used needles all in the back the list is endless.

No breakfast and fault advisement saying bar is open and doors was always open and there was no management there when you checked in and was given any room even if it wasn't yours

Room not as advertised, triple bunk instead of divans beds so unsafe for young child. Room freezing but given small heater, couldn't see TV unless on top bunk. Shelves not attached properly in bathroom, TV remote not working. Due to bed and how cold it was we left and found another hotel round the corner. If they did a few upgrades it would be a good little hotel.

There is misleading information in this advertisement that there is a car parking space available on request. I came to the hotel and there was no parking space so I had no choice but to cancel my booking. I need to pay £50 for the cancellation! Not recommended to anyone. Very disappointed.

Managers dress was dirty and scruffy. As soon as I walked into the first room, supposedly the lounge, I new it wasn't to my standard. Managers office was a cubby hole, which was dirty, papers all over the desk and floor, dirty mug on desk and just a complete mess.

it was filthy dirty toilet, wallpaper hanging off the walls dust everywhere, tea tray covered in tea that clearly hadn’t been wiped, shower and sink also filthy and this was a family room at £120 for the night we had 3 children with us so we walked back out and went elsewhere. don’t waste your time and money booking here
