The only thing we didn’t like was the build up of the customers from the tea room round the front of the property we cudnt get access to the front door from the gate we had to walk down the drive and back up and that hill was pretty steep for some of ur guest. Another another occasion we had members of the public from the cafe standing at the door and some of the guest were a little unsettled by this.

The property was perfect very homely and very clean the owners could be any nicer.

Location was amazing, breathtaking views over the Loch. This place really is a home from home. Anything you think you might need while you're away, it's already there. I can't speak highly enough about this place, can't wait to return. Communication has been amazing with the host from the moment I booked. My little dogs Romeo and Ezra loved it too. Thanks for an amazing stay.

This place is fabulous! We loved everything about it. Close to a pub, a small grocery store, a fish & chips shop and right over Loch Lomond. The views were amazing and the place was beautifully decorated. Loved it so much!

When entering the house there was a terrible smell of dogs in the living room had to open windows all night and spray the room with fabreeze we don't have dogs and the smell was terrible so was not impressed.

1 small point, it's not very clear that the property is 1st floor with stone steps up to the front door, could be a problem for those with small children and/or mobility issues (not an issue for us) Also as the garden is shared with next door property we had an issue with leaving our dog in the enclosed garden for a minute whilst we nipped upstairs and the neighbours let themselves through, opened the gate on our side and our dog was left wandering in the car park next to the main road. Luckily she came upstairs and sat at the door but maybe a reminder notice on the gate may help?

access to parking was very uneven and reversing blind off the road I didn’t realise as the ground slipped away it was so even. ground my car on the concrete lump. access ok once you know this is there. would be nice to have some house instructions/ local info in the property

The property is right on the shoreline of the Loch, and it would have been wonderful to be able to access the Loch (we enjoy wild swimming) but unfortunately the steps that provide access are unmaintained & unsafe, which meant we had to drive further round to find an entry point. The house itself was fantastic, so it wouldn’t put us off returning, but it would have been amazing had we been able to access it directly.

The property was comfortable, well appointed and had incredible views over Loch Long. We were able to cook large meals (including a full roast dinner) with no issues. We slept in the double bed and it was one of the comfiest sleeps of any stay we have ever had. The sofas in the lounge reclined which was wonderful for a night in watching movies. The tearoom owner was courteous and chatty, the garden is perfectly situated for admiring the amazing views of Loch Long & the Arrochar Alps. Out little group of four adults had a brilliant stay and will definitely come again.
