the breakfast was terrible. The harsh browns were hard, baked bean tasted terrible and the mushrooms was the worst of all.

A strong smell of smoke in our room on coming back from an evening out must have been from another room and coming through pipe in bathroom may be. Wasn't able to move rooms and wasn't able to open the window as we were on the top floor. Had to ask for air freshener. To detract from the smell of the smoke. Still breathing in both is not good for our health in anyway. Young staff let the hotel down as they looked like they didn't want to be there. Some hospitality training needed. Also no free parking for residence staying at the hotel.

Was Told the Spa and Gym facilities were included in the room price to then be told on arrival we had to pay for every use , Breakfast was poor, Tasted of Fat as I suspect the Bacon and Sausage were Deep Fried.

There was nothing I didn’t like except the noisy neighbours but that can’t be helped.

The pool facilities was ideal for my daughter and the room was lovely. All staff was helpful and polite.

Cleanliness of bathrooms in rooms were a bit below par seals were very worn down or mouldy also the baths need to be replaced very old either that the wrong cleaning chemicals are being used in it

the bed. The mattress was fine but the bed it self ie under the mattress was like a solid board . It felt like sleeping on a mattress on the floor comfort wise . Its the first time i have come across this in a hotel i was in room 224 i stayed on the 30th 31st may 2024 Also the entertainment although it was good and on each night i was at the hotel it was only on for a hour just after 7pm . I stayed on Thursday & Friday so from 8.30 9 o'clock there is just music playing in the background Also been a smoker myself i stuck to the rules no smoking inside at all and you expect that in todays world but to not have anywhere at all to smoke on site other than stood outside the front doors of the hotel is a bit harsh as many hotels do have a outside seating area if nothing else to have a coffee in the sunshine and some hotels do provide a sheltered area for people to have a smoke i was in room 224 and next door room 225 it was like a war zone two people arguing at the top of there voices for over 4 hrs slamming doors the expletives they come out with and there was a lot along with the doors been slammed for near on 2 hours every 10 minutes in the end they kicked the guy out of the hotel and i was able to get some sleep you can really blame the hotel for what some people do but it spoilt my night been kept awake so long i only wish it could have been sorted out much sooner Would i stay again i am not sure to be honest if all the beds are the same then it is a no for me sorry it was just too firm and no give in the mattress for me maybe thicker mattress's

The bed was large and comfortable. The room had a sea view which was lovely. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

I paid for half board,however on the last night at dinner,we ended up eating from the bar menu,reason being,we were told,there wernt enough guests to eat al a carte,if i wanted,burger,and pizza,i would have go e to maccies and pizza hut in town,bang out of order,not guests proble,you took my money on a half board,buffet style basis,ididnt get that.out of order,
