How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Be aware nearby subway station has no elevators, can be a problem in case of bags. Its a bit of a walk from station to hotel. I travelled with some family with mobility issues so getting to the hotel from station wasnt as comfortable for them

nice clean hotel on the edge of Heathrow. having a car is the best way to get there. shuttle bus is available but transfer time could add another hour to your trip. rooms are nice. i didnt use the facilities as a quick business trip but the bar looks a nice place. small coffee shop on site. parking for the night is £15. hate it when hotels charge for parking but you cant get away from it at hotels around airports now adays.

The hotel shuttle bus (NOT RUN BY THE HOTEL) was very late (as usual). However, the proximity of the tube station means the underground is a much more reliable option for getting to all terminals at London, Heathrow airport.
As always the staff were welcoming, the room was comfortable and very clean The breakfast buffet had lots of options and was plentiful. We regularly stay at this hotel as it is very convenient for the airport and the nearest tube station. It is also possible to walk from the T2/T3 long stay car parking to the hotel as it is located very nearby.

I only had a minor issue with the person who drove me to the airport. I am not sure if he is a hotel employee, but he was stationed at the hotel's entrance offering rides to the airport. When I agreed and inquired about the price, he mentioned 45 pounds. Upon my confirmation of the price, he responded arrogantly, saying, "Of course, this is England," followed by a mocking laugh. At the airport, as I was helping to unload the luggage from the car, he loudly instructed me on how to place the bags on the cart in a demeaning tone, as if I were ignorant or mocking him. I’m not sure if this was because of our Asian descent, but I did not appreciate the way he treated me, especially since I had to respond sternly to him before he finally acted politely. I believe he could have shown more respect towards customers, particularly when children and the elderly are involved.
I appreciated the attentive service from the reception staff who took care of all the details. The hotel's entrance is spectacular, featuring a restaurant bar in the lobby and a board game area that keeps children entertained. The elevators were also quite fast. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Despite being located next to the airport, there was no noise disturbance thanks to the double-glazed windows. The breakfast was excellent.

Nothing comes to mind.
Just a short walk to the underground to get to terminals, but has a shuttle service as well. Dinner was good, breakfast very good. And even though we were right under departures, there was very little noise (and Heathrow shuts down at night).

There was another very large guest group that were treating the dining room like a gala, making social media videos, being very loud and a bit disruptive. Wish something could have been done. But the hotel did its best.
The breakfast buffet was phenomenal!

Very close to Heathrow airport. Close to a Tube stop which was very handy to take into Central London. Great for watching aircraft.

Food options specially for their location can be lots better instead of the bare minimum.

The lift and room access key cards - so confusing and I could almost never get the lift key card work.
Great overall hotel with a comfortable room and nice views of the airport. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful.
