The ceiling fan above the bed instead of the air conditioner and the bed, not very comfortable. But overall the apartment was nice.

No wi-fi outside of the reception which is a pain. Don't really understand why the hotel doesn't make the investment into a relatively low cost thing such as wi-fi routers...

Amazing location, right next to the sea with great views. You can park around the hotel on the street if you have a rental.

As with all apartment blocks they can be a bit noisy depending on who your neighbours are, and the corridors are echoey. The furnishings etc are simple and a bit tired in some areas, but it’s all as depicted in the photos.

The location is amazing, next our favourite swimming cove abs with great sunset views. The pools are great and everything is very clean. The staff are lovely and very accommodating.

Beds were a creaky and there was no air conditioning although the ceiling fans were useful. The microwave was rusty inside and needed replacing and in any case there were no English language instructions so not possible to use. Same for the hob and we had to ask how the operate. We had a major water leak at 0345 one morning due to a water tank valve failure and there were no instructions on where to turn off the mains in an emergency but luckily found two unidentified valves located near the ceiling in the bathroom which did the trick. During approx. 45 secs this took, the bedroom filled with about 20 litres of water which we had to mop up as there was no staff around to assist. The good news is that we found the maintenance man at 0730 and it was all fixed by 0800. All this was reported to receptionist on our check out a couple of days later who apologized, said they would replace the microwave but knew nothing about the major water leak!

Nice pool, we liked the location and there was good view over the sea from the pool. The rooms were pleasant and clean and there was a very good restaurant. Also an excellent location if you like snorkeling.

Air con would be brilliant but we knew it didn’t have it and that it would be hot (Menorca in August!), thankfully we adjusted within a few nights. Kitchen equipment was slightly lacking

The apartment overall looks very old with some electrical problems and some stains in the ceiling of the bathroom. They could have some soup and shampoo as well. The toilet paper was awful!

Short reception hours. Free parking on street but availability very hit and miss, sometimes parking 3-4 minutes walk away.

Great view from ample sized (for 2 people) balcony. Perfectly adequate room , loads of sunbeds and 2 pools. Bar/restaurant on site but didn't use as plenty of choice in walking distance.

I would return to the property - The door into our apartment was not very secure - pieces missing from it Remote Control for the TV was not working

Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good - both in value and flavour. Evening food was ok - Reception did not have much information in relation to what to do in the area - we were directed to a tourist office located 5k away which was closed for the season

The wifi is only in the reception and restaurant, not a lot parking available, some parts of the apt were a bit damage by the sea salt

The view is nice the staff very nice, they even give you umbrella’s with a small deposit and showers available after check out

There was noise coming from the plumbing in one of the bedrooms' cupboard, an intermittent whine like an amplified mosquito, that disturbed my sleep.
