The location was a bit isolated - could be considered both a positive and negative.

The hotel was modern and inviting with lots of little extras like snacks available for purchase. We did not take advantage of the spa or adjacent sports complex but it made a nice package for a longer stay. Comfortable beds, good shower and convenient restaurant with tasty offerings.

I was really unhappy that the windows cannot be opened at all! The room was very stuffy and the air con only switches automatically only when the room temperature hits 24.5! so at about 2am in the morning we were hot, sweating and dehydrated. We had to keep getting out of bed to switch it on which really is ridiculous and needs addressing if we were to stay again. I was also unhappy that certainly in our room 205 the shower leaks very badly all over the floor, so much so that it travels over to the rug and soaks it. On asking for a mop they could not find one! really?! lol! Other people have mentioned this on here so the hotel knows about it which is dissapointing. All they need do is replace the seal. The information given about how much things cost is very confusing. was given different prices for the spa off 3 people. The restaurant is not a set price either as it is advertised as being. I would stay here again if these things were put right, as its no good if you cant sleep in your room when its so hot and stuffy. We asked at reception for the air cons limit of 24.5 to be adjusted and they said they would lower it to 20 for us but nothing happened.

The room is very clean. There are blackout blinds. Someone one here said there was only net curtains but that is not the case, you have to pull them down and they do blackout the room very well. The shower is pretty good, however let down by the fact it leaks everywhere. We did not eat here so cannot comment.

I felt the mattresses were too soft. I do recognise this is probably a unique problem for my family as we prefer firmer ones.

Our room didn’t have curtain just net curtains and in summer months, room very bright early on. The shower was level with the floor outside the shower so leaked a lot every time we used it. Restaurant was lovely ambience, lovely staff however price of food didn’t live up to expectations.

It has modern facilities including restaurant, bar and spa on site, its clean, staff were friendly, large room, modern amenities also included.

No light in the toilet and when I mentioned it they could not replace the light bulb because apparently there was no 'engineer' on site. I nearly just went and purchased one myself - but stopped short on that - its a straightforward job to replace a light bulb.

Staff were very helpful and hospitable - but I would have preferred table service and freshly prepared food.

No bath, only way we could get a bath was to pay extra. We had already paid a lot of money! The toilet is just behind a glass door! With a further privacy screen which is glass. Everything can be heard and shadows seen.

Setting is beautiful, fridge in bedroom bonus! Shower was decent.

The young male receptionist was quite rude and passive aggressive, did not make me feel welcome and made me wait till the very minuet of check in, despite other customers checking in early... found this very disappointing, all other encounters with other staff were great. Only other issue was the TV, despite being a smart TV could not use any of the apps, which was disappointing and would have added to my stay.

The room was phenomenal, really comfortable bed, good facilities and spacious room. Spa facilities were amazing, good value to add on to your stay, views were gorgeous from the outside pool and the staff are lovely.

I did request balloons as it was my partners birthday and did not recieve this. I did also book as it was pet friendly and once I booked I found out there was an additional fee for this making it quite expensive.

Lovely location, with stunning views. Liked how stylish the rooms were with smeg kettles and fridges, bed was also very big and comfy!

Restaurant manager came across dismissive, restaurant staff forgot about us part way through our meal leaving us for 45 minutes after we asked for a dessert menu. Not a very welcoming experience

All front of house hotel staff were great, room was nice and spacious. Restaurant food was amazing.
