It was cold at night, we tried turning up the temperature in the room but it didn't seem to make a difference. Also felt the price was a little too high for one night.

The hotel is clean and Tidy, staff where welcoming.

Not the best service at the restaurant for dinner. Booked for an early slot as we were going to a show but no staff there when we went down so ended up ordering from the bar. Very expensive food but tasted good.

Very clean smart hotel. Decorated and furnished lovely throughout. Check in staff very friendly. Had access to pool etc as soon as checked in which was great. Room was a decent size, very clean and had everything we needed.

Your toilets do not flush properly When queuing staff need to be able to check who’s next rather than letting people just walk passed a queue to get seen quicker Not enough staff on hand during evening meal

The room temperature - no instructions how to warm. Website indicated you couldn’t use pool unless a member so disappointed to find we could have used it on arrival as had not brought suits. Food a little over priced but delicious.

Shower was not very powerful but apart from that all ok.

The Spa was disapponting. Whilst the facilities were quite good, I was surprised when I arrived to find the pool shut for children's swimming lessons. This is obviously a revenue stream for the Spa/hotel but meant I couldn't use the pool, as a hotel guest. Furthermore, the changing rooms weren't terribly clean. The receptionist at the Spa wasn't very engaging and had very poor customer skills. A complete contrast to the staff on the hotel main reception, who were excellent.

Lovely bright, modern interior, extra friendly reception staff who were very professional, and my room was lovely and big! I don't sleep well in hotels, usually, but the bed was extremely comfortable and, apart from having a connecting room through which I could hear other people, it was pretty quiet for a hotel.

It was hard to fill a bath with hot water the day we were there.

Amazing staff, incredibly comfy bed, fabulous breakfast. Outdoor area looked very nice though we didn't have time to use it. Plenty of parking space.

The aircon in the room was switched off. As it was unseasonably warm that would have been better on.

Spa facilities were excellent. Breakfast was good too.

I’m a full time wheelchair user and had booked an accessible room. Although the Disabled rooms have had their bathrooms recently made into functional wet rooms , they’ve been designed by someone who isn’t going to use them, which is typical. There’s a small hand sink by the toilet that’s set too low so you crack your knees on it . The main sink is sat on a worktop with an iron frame below it which stops you from reaching the sink !! They’ve also put a new piece of wood underneath the main room door from the corridor. Instead of having chamfered edges it’s been left with 90’ angles so it stops a wheelchair dead in its tracks !! Come on Holiday inn. Get your act together please.
