Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. The best hotel we've visited so far on this price range. Modern facilities and ambient lighting. Once in a while you could hear something from the main corridor, a door but overall soundproofing was great. Breakfast was nice, plentiful and fresh. Overall a recommendation to anyone in the area!

Friendly staff throughout our stay, made recommendations on where to go out and to eat. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, and decent size TV for the evenings. Breakfast was good, not too big of a selection but was pretty good.

United KingdomOur view could've been better, at the end of the day we were only sleeping in the room but if we were to have spent any time in our room, a view would've been nice.
It was great value for money and the location was perfect for us for shopping, local bars and the night life. We were very impressed with the breakfast, the choices were endless. All the staff were helpful and cheerful too.
