Lovely friendly staff on arrival. We had booked 2 rooms and they were adjoining which was brilliant. Nice comfy rooms, quite spacious too. The breakfast was great, check out was easy. Plenty of space in the car park. 10 Minutes to the Harry potter Studio's. Perfect. Stayed in the hotel for evening meal. The menu has a very basic choice and food, but not expensive. O'Niell's is nearby, but was very busy.

Location is excellent for the train station. Breakfast was good buffet which you could choose your own amount. The food was hot and if you required anything you asked. Ate in the hotel at night which had a good choice and cooked well.

The area around the hotel was very poorly lit, so walking back on the night was it was very dark.

Location to Harry Potter night bus was great! Staff friendly. Rooms clean.

The property was located within a 10 minute drive to Harry Potter World. Parking was only £7 for the night which was easily paid at reception. You also got breakfast for free as it came with the room. This included hot breakfast options (sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, beans, hash browns and tomatoes), cold selection (croissants, muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, porridge) then hot or cold drinks, all help yourself buffet style. Very good value for money and definitely recommend.

Poor choice of food at the restaurant and expensive. 12 pounds for a reheated frozen pizza. Nothing specific for kids for breakfast.

Great location: only few minutes from the bus to the Harry Potter's world and from the train station. Breakfast was good for adults.

Poor selection of options for dinner, no gluten free options. Room wasn't adequately cleaned during our stay, dirty cups weren't removed.

Excellent location for Harry Potter world with free shuttle bus. Clean, basic accommodation and friendly staff. Reasonable price and right besides train station to London. Gluten free options at breakfast were a plus.

Receptionist made us wait for 10 mins for an unknown reason. Strange choices for light switches, either too light or too dark.

Good bed in a good location and bathroom was immaculate. Breakfast included and it was decent!!

We came down to go to Harry Potter studios, great location- only about 10/15 minute drive. We caught the tube and spent a day in London too. So convenient. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Rooms were very spacious and comfy. Parking out back and was really cheap! £7 a day

We weren't aware of parking available at the hotel until we'd already secured parking at the station. It wasn't clear at booking or on the website.

The location was brilliant for accessing the station for trains into London and the shuttle bus for Warner Bros Studios. Staff were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Mattress bit hard for my liking (and we have a king-size at home) and double pull out sofa bed wasn't great for 2 teenage girls.

Excellent location for our visit to Warner bros. Studios (making of Harry potter) Close to train station and also shuttle bus to and from studios. Room lovely and clean (mattress bit hard for me and sofa bed for 2 teens not perfect, but done for one night) Staff very helpful, managed to get early check in which was great as we had had a busy morning and gave us a bit more time before we had to leave for studio Tour. (We booked 4.30pm tour) Breakfast was excellent and set us up for our 2nd day in London.

We arrived 30 mins before check in time and had to leave our bags as room wasnt ready. Sausages weren't great at breakfast....this is me just being picky though. I think breakfast should finish a bit later as the times are 6.30-9.30.

I found all staff very friendly, everywhere was very clean and fresh. Our family room was perfect for us. The bathroom was great and shower was amazing. All Dove products in bathroom which were a lovely touch. Very quiet and breakfast was ok. Nice selection of food. The staff cleaning up after breakfast were lovely and friendly also.

Electrics on my wardrobe unit was broken so couldn't use hairdryer light or kettle but when called receptions the sent someone immediately to check it up and offered me a new room. I chose to stay where I was for ease but yes they dealt with it effectively.

Lovely decor, smelt beautiful on entrance clean breakfast was lovely and staff extremely welcoming and helpful .
