The whole villa was exceptional! Extremely clean and tidy! The private pool is the best .. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite especially Melodi!

Bell Pool Villa was such an amazing stay. We loved the use of the hotel app where you can order everything so easily. The comforts of the villa were lovely like the kitchen, ordering pool floaties, drinks and more and the service especially from Rose and her attentiveness to us made the stay more enjoyable. We loved the breakfast, the pool, the garden and the rooms! Would highly recommend.

One thing that u should take care ofit that there is no mart or 7/11 or any small mart or restaurant near you ..so make sure u buy everything u need before u come back to ur place ...

We liked every thing ..so Quit place and so privacy and clean ..they have app u can download and make any request from the reception..you don't have to get out or u don't have to be there ..its really nice and new experience for us ..lovely and nice staff 👍 whenever I am going to Phukit for sure I will come to the bell pool villa ..

There was building work going on for the first couple of days, we mentioned this to the team a couple of times and the noise was reduced. Location wise it was great for us but not great for people that want to explore the local area or go for a walk etc after dinner.

An amazing villa and the app worked really well. Every time we requested something the team were very quick to respond. It was a mini oasis and felt very private.

International dishes that I tried are okay, not great. Need to be mindful of mosquitoes but they make that clear. More shade over the pool would have been good for swimming in the middle of the day. It is a short drive to the beach but there are plenty of shuttles back and forth.

Amazing little quiet and private space. Really spacious and amazing value for what it is. Service is perfect, unobtrusive and friendly without being too much. Thai food was fantastic.

The only thing that bothered me was that the bed was the typical type in hotels all over Thailand - hard and not as much padding and without a mattress topper. I woke up with a sore back most nights!

The location was easy to locate on the Grab app. The villa was very spacious with a large pool. The staff were friendly and polite and the villa had lots of privacy. The villa has an app where all communications and requests are managed. It was an excellent stay!

That we couldn't stay longer

Travelled for our wedding anniversary and loved the privacy of our villa and the set out it was also fantastic having our own pool to enjoy, the staff were awesome and went above and beyond during our stay, we also made the most of all the in villa dining and in villa spa everything went above our expectations. It is a bit out of town only a 10 minute walk which we enjoyed or a 2 minute tuk tuk or taxi. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay and a special thanks to Melody and Rose who made our stay truly extra special :)

Though there were electric repellents etc provided, there were still mosquitoes in the night in the property. I guess this is something unavoidable given the proximity of the property to greneery.

The pool in the villa was clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread was also amazing. There was a good choice of drinks to order in the evening.

the kitchen can do with renovation, having landline phones will be helpful if we need to contact the reception urgently, the staff are very kind but I think the place can do with more staff, they were trying their best to attend to our messages but were also very busy with the other villas

Just small little thing, I would suggest the resort to consider offering an actual phone, for direct contact, in the villa, in case of emergency, sometime it’s not convenient or even possible to reach the phone. The villa use QR system which is very convenient and easy to use but a phone would be great.

The resort comprises of 16 private pool villa, very spacious and fully equipped with all necessity for all you need. The highlight of villa is the private pool, not plunge pool and the privacy in each individual villa. I have very pleasant and enjoyable stay so I decided to extend for 2 additional nights. The staffs are very attentive and friendly. you can feel they would try their best to assist you. my overall experience was excellent and thank you to villa host Khun Book and others for your kind assisting. Also they are “pet-friendly “ resort.
