Great location to train station to travel into london and also harry potter pick up. Rooms clean and grand size. Not many shops in the vacinity for water etc but overall cannot fault location. Breakfast was fantastic bit of everything, really well done. Dinner menu was ok. Tidy clean facility.

    Nothing

As there were the three of us, (2 adults, one teenager) we had a larger room. It was very warm, cosy and clean. We were able to help ourselves to tea, coffee, sugar etc from the breakfast area. The breakfast has a good choice. The gentleman on reception who greeted us was just wonderful!, plus all the other staff were very friendly. The fact it is right near Watford bus and train station makes it a great commuting spot. We took our car which was kept in the car park for an extra cost, which is to be expected. We were very happy.

Limited parking - we paid £7 to park when we booked in mid-afternoon, having found a place on site. However, after returning from an evening celebration we had to park on a back street nearby as the small number of carparking spaces were all occupied and the suggested alternative area was also full. The toilet in the bar area was in an unpleasant state (the hotel was busy).

Good welcome, helpful and polite staff. Fresh and modern décor. Room super clean and very comfortable bed. Good choice at breakfast.

Breakfast was very basic not much of a variety, says to validate your parking before you go in which makes it sound like you can park in their car park for free when in fact you need to pay, can pay less in local car parks just down the road, parking was dreadful there was about 15 very very tight spots directly next to a building site if one or two people don’t park properly then good luck getting out your car

Was clean and comfortable just what you need for sleeping , very close to local train stations, lots of shops round about and staff were lovely

Lovely friendly staff on arrival. We had booked 2 rooms and they were adjoining which was brilliant. Nice comfy rooms, quite spacious too. The breakfast was great, check out was easy. Plenty of space in the car park. 10 Minutes to the Harry potter Studio's. Perfect. Stayed in the hotel for evening meal. The menu has a very basic choice and food, but not expensive. O'Niell's is nearby, but was very busy.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Location is excellent for the train station. Breakfast was good buffet which you could choose your own amount. The food was hot and if you required anything you asked. Ate in the hotel at night which had a good choice and cooked well.

The property was located within a 10 minute drive to Harry Potter World. Parking was only £7 for the night which was easily paid at reception. You also got breakfast for free as it came with the room. This included hot breakfast options (sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, beans, hash browns and tomatoes), cold selection (croissants, muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, porridge) then hot or cold drinks, all help yourself buffet style. Very good value for money and definitely recommend.

Poor choice of food at the restaurant and expensive. 12 pounds for a reheated frozen pizza. Nothing specific for kids for breakfast.

Great location: only few minutes from the bus to the Harry Potter's world and from the train station. Breakfast was good for adults.

Poor selection of options for dinner, no gluten free options. Room wasn't adequately cleaned during our stay, dirty cups weren't removed.

Excellent location for Harry Potter world with free shuttle bus. Clean, basic accommodation and friendly staff. Reasonable price and right besides train station to London. Gluten free options at breakfast were a plus.

    Nothing

We came down to go to Harry Potter studios, great location- only about 10/15 minute drive. We caught the tube and spent a day in London too. So convenient. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice. Rooms were very spacious and comfy. Parking out back and was really cheap! £7 a day

We weren't aware of parking available at the hotel until we'd already secured parking at the station. It wasn't clear at booking or on the website.

The location was brilliant for accessing the station for trains into London and the shuttle bus for Warner Bros Studios. Staff were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. Rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable.
