Hotel was lovely, staff were excellent, polite and extremely helpful when approached. The breakfast was very good with a good variety available. The location is great, bars, restaurants and shops all within a 5-10 minute walk so no need for taxis. We upgraded our room to Marina view which was lovely to look out at in the sunny mornings and afternoons. Overall, really impressed with the hotel and would definitely recommend and return.

The air con in the room was not cold and it kept turning itself off so kept waking up hot and having to turn it back on. reported on check out staff didn't seem concerned about it.

Breakfast was nice plenty to choose from. I was greeted and was explained what options I have available. staff was happy.

A good value hotel that's very handy for the Marina, Old Town and Humber Street areas of Hull. Parking was easy and on site. The room was comfortable and quiet.

We would have given full marks for everything but the bathroom needed updating, that was the only downside. It was very clean.

The property was very central overlooking the marina. The hotel and room was very clean and we had a waterfront balcony. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, especially the Reception staff and the restaurant/bar staff. We had a one year old with us and the hotel was child friendly. Really enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

Nothing. Perhaps the bathrooms are a little tired but certainly nothing that would stop us from booking here again.

The staff are fantastic, very welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. We didn't eat in the restaurant but when we returned after our evening out, we went to lounge/bar area and had a drink and a pudding which was very nice and, again, the staff were lovely. It is in a fantastic location overlooking the marina and close to the restaurants and bars. Comfortable beds and very quiet. The road diversions are clear to follow and make it easy to find. Excellent car parking. The hotel had lots of photos on walls of Hull and I always love when there are photos of the actual location you are in rather than generic photos of somewhere unconnected.

No water in the room and to buy a 750cl bottle at the bar was £5.75 - a very big mark-up even against supermarket prices of £1.50. Shocking price! It really should be available in rooms.

Our friends couldn't stay as one is a wheelchair user and although the rooms are accessible, they have baths not accessible showers.

The cost of the wine at the bar was far too excessive The bar area is virtually empty at all times, this is due to the costings of drinks etc if you brought the costings down appropriately you woukd have the bar area full and your returns would be significantly better 😉

Nothing really!.. rooms are a little tired !.. but very clean and comfortable. I don’t think could complain about anything.

Was a great location close to the marina, Loved the view from the balcony.. Good parking onsite ..and welcoming Staff from the moment we arrived. And all throughout our stay..nothing was too much trouble,very helpful. Lovely restaurant meals ..Friendly staff, Spacious rooms and nice atmosphere. A bonus with a mini fridge replenished daily !
