Not much choice for breakfast. The rooms had simple chairs and not sofa chairs to rest comfortable inn.

The room was end rooms and then the noise coming from the outside when people walking to play with the their noise was too much. The pillows were gone as in flat But the tiny fresh milk was expired and there was no fridge too. WiFi wasn’t provided too.

Previously we've had the listed coffee machine in the room so missed it this time when it wasn't there. Had to ask for more coffee sachets & milk to use with the kettle (wasn't enough for us to have coffee when we arrived & first thing in the morning). Bar didn't seem to be well stocked. Poor bar person was hunting for a bottle of rum (for rum & coke), crisps & nuts (or any bar snacks)..... which was surprising for a Saturday evening. Breakfast: guests were having to ask for food to be restocked e.g. White bread, danishes, eggs, tomatoes etc. Had to clean crumbs off our table when we arrived & the floor was worse.

This hotel is ideally located when we're visiting nearby family. This is our 4th/5th visit now. It's unusual for us to have any negative feedback. But we still love the pool & Spa area. Great to be able to go for a swim before breakfast. Had a great night's sleep. Very comfortable bed & remembered to turn the aircon this time. Great bathroom too with lovely fluffy towels

Everything was fine but could possibly use a little fridge in the room. All other amenities however were fine.

Check in was super efficient and the lady on reception was lovely. Whole process took less than 2 minutes, which is a big change on the last time I stayed here. Bed was huge and super comfortable. Literally slept an entire day. Bar staff were also lovely and room service was fast, the little note on the tray was a nice touch too ❣️ large and very clean bathroom. A lovely little stay.

Breakfast could have more options other than fried food and sugary cereal. The fruit was present lovely but did not look like its worth eating. Boiled eggs were stone cool.

i was there talking a 4 day course and had a quite room so was just what i needed. Staff are friendly. Gym and sauna was a nice break from the grind of the day.

Our only criticism is that we're pescatarian & the vegetarian sausages at breakfast were pretty poor compared to other hotels we've stayed in.

This was our second time staying here for our annual Christmas trip to visit family. But this time we made time to use the pool before breakfast & WOW!! The pool isn't the biggest but big enough to do lengths & warmer than expected. But we hadn't realised that there was a jacuzzi, steam & sauna rooms as well. All free for guests to use. The gym looked good too, but we didn't use this. Decent bar & coffee shop as well. Our room was lovely & big. Coffee machine alongside kettle was great. Fridge with bottled water. Decent sized TV with good range of channels/ streaming. Bathroom was also good size, lovely big towels, powerful shower.

Staff told us the wrong times for kids swimming time and then let in other kids while we were turned away .. not good!! Could have had a bath...we weren't asked, but I supposed I should have asked. We had a wonderful view of a wall ..... The lady at the desk tried to charge me twice for breakfast ???? Our room was 128....very noisy as it was near a doorway, a lift and facilities so very noisy with people coming past drunk and laughing ..

Loved the cleanliness, the room was really spacious, staff were great, breakfast was amazing....a pancake machine !!! The pool was warm, changing rooms clean and well looked after. You accept dogs x

Hotel very warm (November), close to motorway so noisy with window open. Our room over gym and heard a constant bang from equipment. Not a major issue as it was a base to sleep but gym opens at 6.30am!
