The Bacon and Sausages in the Buffet Breakfast could be fried more and less par boiled. Bacon needs to be slightly crispy and not as if boiled. My one complaint. Would liked to have had a Mini Fridge in the Room.

Spectacular Views. Delicious Dinner. Spacious, Comfortable Room. Huge Bathtub. Plenty Sockets. Good Heating throughout. Easy Parking.

Think it's slightly overpriced for what you get. The room and the food served in the bar/restaurant both V pricey. Service was OK, nothing impressive.

Lovely hotel, happy with the room, huge in size and nice bathroom, lovely balcony with great views. Swimming pool and jacuzzi great touch. Breakfast was lovely and I like the top up trollys in the corridors - nice touch. Food was good, service was standard nothing special.

This is a good hotel. The room was spacious, and the bathroom too with plentiful hot water. It was all clean and had the most glorious view from the bedroom. It seemed expensive at first but was comfortable and ultimately worth it. There are lots of electric sockets all round the skirting boards. I didn't use the pool. The breakfast was much better than many said and honestly with a breakfast room view like that who is complaining? I will happily stay here again.

The breakfast food was good but the hot plate didn't keep it warm enough. There were no changing facilities at the pool side.

The staff were friendly & welcoming. The rooms were clean, warm & cosy. The views & location are very picturesque. The food in the restaurant was good. They rooms were well equipped and had a Bible which was nice to see for a change! The pool & jacuzzi were clean & enjoyable.

One of our toilet flush buttons didn’t work and although I appreciated the breakfast, it was buffet style and food wasn’t as good as other B&Bs we stayed at on our trip. Also the TV is in an awkward spot.

The view is beautiful, the room was very spacious, we enjoyed having a balcony even though it rained the whole time we were there. The staff were very friendly.

The hotel is very close to a busy A road, the hotel itself isn't affected by impact of noise or on views and some might view it as very convenient but for those who want to walk it means that a car is essential.

Staff friendly and helpful. Amazing views from the rooms over the loch, including stunning sunsets. Rooms a good size. Good walking close by (and cycling for those with bikes), as well as much in close reach by car. The pool is excellent and the spa quite lovely (with views on the loch).

Food let me down - Main meal, fries were over cooked and desert Ice cream was frozen solid. Menu lack variety of seafood. Sort food and then 10 out of 10 really worth shouting about.

Location, room size and room facilities. Didn't use the pool but looked great. Bar area was nice. Views of surrounding landscape where worth every penny.

The changing facilities in the pool area were not ideal especially if you have a family. Lack of bins outside for any/dog waste.

The food was very good. Local and fresh and very tasty. Good portions too! The staff in general were very good - reception and greeting could be more attentive.

The main building (which in fairness was an old train station), was looking a bit tired and didn’t quite match what was portrayed in the photo’s. The restaurant was fair with a modest range of items.

The hotel was in a great spot overlooking the Loch. The pool and spa were very good. The room was spacious, clean and modern.

our room was very hot and stuffy. we had to keep the sliding door open while we were awake but were afraid to leave it open all night. It got hot in the room despite being low 50s outside. the beds were very stiff and hard. really hurt all four of our shoulders and back.

great location in Glencoe. a short drive to many restaurants and hikes. the staff was friendly and dinner and breakfast at the hotel was nice. the hotel was nice and quite and had a beautiful room view overlooking the water. wifi worked great. showers were nice, warm, and had good water pressure.

Sadly we have noticed a change since covid particularly in the catering. Breakfast choices used to be varied and the choices were amazing. Now it's a help yourself buffet , limited cereal, fruit and juices. Stone cold plates for hot food is poor. The seafood restaurant does not offer that much in the way of seafood except what you could probably get in a non seafood restaurant.

This was our 5th stay , we use use it to break our journey when we holiday on the North West Coast. It is very dog friendly. The position is stunning and we always have a Captain's room with a balcony, they are large and comfortable. Very clean.

Very tired decor in the rooms and generally grubby throughout. Basically needs a good clean as sticky doors and banisters throughout including rooms. At least in the main building. + especially the price per night.

Check out staff member too busy in bar area with dishes & I had to just leave my key on desk after waiting 10 mins & several others in front just walking away.

Lovely room on ground floor with access to front lawn & Loch side. Evening meal was excellent.
