1. Room had bugs (got moved and one night refund) 2. Room had hair in the shower and old ice cream frozen to the freezer Pool too cold to use Breakfast started out great but during the week more and more options disappeared. Need to go buy more if to keep it up all week long

Location. Front door was locked. Rooms were big. Staff very friendly. Hot tub was nice and deep

The parking lot was quite small and apparently this is a popular spot for truckers, at least when we stayed, so their trucks took up a number of spots in an already small parking lot. Also, the breakfast was okay, but mostly egg based and no meat.

The size of the room was nice and very clean. The amenities were in good working order, nice indoor pool and spa. Lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance.

Rude front desk manager. Slippery tiles in pool area. The couch was dirty and when brought up to the manager she didn't care. they also put us in a handicapped room where none of us are handicap. The shower was hard to use. The room walls looked like someone scrubbed them too hard or maybe painted them.

Breakfast was great and the location is perfect.

Providing water bottles in the rooms and shuttle rides services even for a fee would be great for out of town guests

Staff members were very excellent especially Ms. Pearl Guest Services Manager and Ms. Jag who worked the breakfast services.

I asked for a late check out. I was told I could have until 1:00. Housekeeping tried entering 3 times between 12:00 and 12:30. Why give me an extension if you’re going to push me out anyway?

everything was great. we had no complaints. price seemed a bit high but not out of range to other hotels in the area.

The pool is only 4ft deep. No French vanilla creamer. Need more pool towels. No whole milk. No butter

The pool floor was very rough to where you could get hurt pretty easily. Also when I checked in the staff checked me into an already occupied room.

I didn’t like is we check in Wednesday ask for towels Wednesday night didn’t get them! had to keep calling down to ask for some & finally we get them Friday and when they arrived it was 1 big towel and 4 hand towels 😡🤬 The shower curtain was a lil mildewy smell and when It got wet it stink really bad please change in them 212

Everything is so convenient, close to restaurants & freeway access. six flags was a jump skip & away 🥳 Very clean and comfortable beds

Breakfast could have been better it was pretty basic and they only had tiny water bottles which ran out constantly. This hotel doesn't have free water for their guests so get a case of water unless you would like to pay $3 for one in the lobby. All the snacks in the hotel lobby were extremely overpriced.

The hotel was clean and our room was really nice. We got a first floor room that had a pullout bed and a king size bed. The room had enough space not too big or small. Also took advantage of the gym and the pool. This hotel is nice and quiet so its relaxing.

The location was great! The room was spacious and updated. The beds were comfortable and even though it was close to the freeway, there was very little road noise! The breakfast bags were tailored to our dietary needs and desires.

We found a cockroach in our room where the baby was crawling around on the floor.

The pool and the hot tub were great. And the breakfast was good. It’s only a short distance to 6 Flags
