The rooms like a small box ,depressing ,the chairs cover old dirty ,the mattress old you can feel the coils of the mattress,the glasses was not noise canceling you can hear everyone out and cars .

The mattress was awful like sleeping on the floor, we went down to reception and silly o’clock because of the discomfort to complain lightly, we were moved to a filthy basement room instead.

Window of room didn't close - made it noisy into the small hours. Hotel is basic but OK for three nights.

- It was super dirty, I have around 30 bookings here, and it was the first time I had to ask to clean the room at the check-in moment. There were balls of hair on the floor and some dirt, the floor was also sticky. I arrived during the night, they said there was nobody to clean. Then the reception guy came to vacuum by himself. But it wasn't enough. I bought some wet wipes and passed all over the floor. On the other day I left the sign to clean the room, but I think they just changed the bags from the bin; - everything was old, with stains all over the wall; - the bathroom's door was loose; - the toilet was leaking when sitting on it. I deeply regretted booking, even after seeing all the bad comments. I could never imagine a hotel like that is opened.

Could do with air conditioning in hall ways and rooms plenty of it in the lobby but wasn't enough having thr windows open for the scorcher of a weekend that was in it at 30°. Other than that no problems situated within a good location of Public Transport and stamford Bridge .

Rooms are very small and dated. No AC and our room looked out on the street so it was either loud traffic or boil. They ran out of fans. But at least they tried.

Was only provided pillow between 2 people. When I complained I was told there wasn't any pillows until my second night. Meaning I had a very uncomfortable first night's sleep as did my friend.

Shower was broken and flooding the bathroom floor , stains and dirt/dust everywhere. Room wasn’t properly cleaned on check in as there was still rubbish from previous guests(cardboard and paper) Window handle was broken(had to push window out with your hand and push it back in via the other window. The taps on the sink were wobbly and nearly falling off. I understand it is a two star but basic cleanliness should be upheld at least

Convenient for the location we needed to be , beds were comfortable. Quiet room.

The room was dirty. There seemed to be ant powder in one corner. The walls were shabby and the bathroom door was patched with parcel tape. The corridors were also very shabby (peeling paint) and poorly lit.

The hotel was in a convenient location.

The bathroom needed an extreme face lift. There is ware and tare. But this was urgent need. There was a glove over smoke alarm (I highlighted this with the reception) no mattress protector on bed (I kindly had the bed with a strange stain). The fire exit door was broken, this would enable people to enter unnoticed.
