The fellow guests were very foul mouthed and loud. It was clearly a “boys club destination” and they were incredibly rude.

People in next door bedroom left their tv on all night which kept my wife awake virtually the whole of the second night's stay. She should have rung down to reception as it was happening, but didn't, so I was only able to report it to reception in the morning of our departure. They apologised but that was that.

Nice big room, bed and bathroom. Spa also good. Enjoyable breakfast and evening meal in restaurant overlooking the golf course.

Grumpy staff at one of the bars, flat lemonade, overpriced bar food, dated decor in corridors. Children are only allowed in the pool until 10am, seems unfair as adults are hogging the pool at the same time but they have all day to use the facilities

Is a bit out the way but worth it for the price. there was a problem with the card machine but they went out of their way to resolve it. Dinner portions were small. The place is massive so is a bit of a maze.

Room was spacious and a lovely view. Breakfast was lovely. Dinner was small portions but tasted great. Was excellent to be able to use the spa and pool. Staff were all very friendly. Great value for money.

Needs maintenance work, the balcony had some many uneven slabs such a risk, also bathroom could do with a lock for my personal opinion. Had an opened biscuit packet with the tea tray.

Fabulous linen! Great duvet. Suite was lovely. Spacious. Plenty of hanging space. The reception staff were very helpful.

Very limited beds or seats round the pool and it was so busy we couldn't use it or had to sit on the floor. Room was lovely but balcony was a waste as overlooked flat roof and car park.

The spa facilities were limited. At one point there was a lot of people in the spa, and no loungers or chairs left, so I had to sit on the floor (not really the relaxing spa experience). There is a huge part for 2, very cold showers! I feel that space could be used better, or even have a couple more loungers in there. Not enough toiletries, we had to ask for more shampoo and shower gel as 1 sachet was not enough for both of us for one night!

The location is beautiful and the rooms were very clean! We managed to get an early check in, which was a bonus! Breakfast was lovely and it was nice to be able to check out at 11am. I had left behind my earphones and they were kindly found and posted back to me by Lel!

Nothing I can say I dis liked. If I was going to say anything certain aspects were a little dated like the dinning area and some of the furniture in the rooms.

Tasty and Very Filling exactly what was needed for the drive back home :) Had lots of options for both continental and cooked breakfast. The cooked breakfast was cooked to order which i personally always prefer.

Room cleanliness, bed linen could have been better. More loungers in the spa would have been ideal, perhaps booked slots to prevent overcrowdedness.

Location was lovely. Comfortable very large bed. Spa was small but nice enough. Breakfast was fine, freshly cooked. Would stay again.

There was a fine crack in the handbasin, the heated towel rail wasn't on & it would have been good to have bottled water available. One of the bulbs in the bedside lamps wasn't bright enough. A few more hangers in the wardrobe would be a bonus!

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were very polite, friendly but professional. There was a very good choice of cooked items for breakfast as well as a wide selection of cereals, croissants etc. Well furnished room with twin beds, armchairs, table, desk etc. The spacious bathroom was well appointed with an effective shower in a roomy enclosure as well as having a bath. A very high standard of cleanliness.

The drinks selection at the bar could do with more choice and the cooked breakfast was pitiful. Tiny amount.

The spa areas were nice and clean but a bit dated.... the changing room was very old and had safety tape in a few areas to protect it from further damage. Also I would have preferred a buffet breakfast as the breakfast on offer is decent but small Finally, the shower in our room was terribly slow... I could have spat faster than that but all in all was still manageable. Was not a power shower that I expected

The location is amazing! Luckily for us, the sun was out and it made for a beautiful day watching golfers. We took a drive down to Thame and had a nice walk and had a lovely meal. It's small but quite a bit to choose from. The room itself was divine and an added touch for my husband's birthday, the staff ensured that we had a lovely room with an added happy birthday cake and card! The bed was big (I think we had an executive suite) and very very comfy. The room and hotel in general was SPOTLESS. The bathroom had both a shower cubicle and a bath with a heated towel rack.
