It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice bathroom but could of had more pillows and another blanket.

The breakfast dining room is a bit tight wandering around chairs (luckily not all occupied) to get to the food.

Restaurant in that hotel is fine, food wasn’t bad, however it was cold, service was awful and too slow. It’s was look like they don’t have any interest into guests at all.

If I had to pick something it would be the wifi, although it was fine when logged in, it required continuous device reset and re-authentications when devices timed out or when re-entering the property. Minor inconvenience though.

The Staff was amazing and very helpful and accommodating at all times. The service staff for the restaurant were also very friendly, polite and always willing to accommodate any and all requests. Food was Great as well!

Our room was a little on the cool side with only a small electric heater. The bathroom towel rail which should have been heated was not working. We reported the fault but no action was taken during our stay.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and well serviced. There was a good choice for breakfast and it was well prepared. Dinner menu was varied and also well prepared.

The bathroom needed refurbishing but all the other positive aspects made it an extremely good hotel.

This hotel had lovely touches not found in other local hotels. There was a welcome card, a kitkat, chocolate mints and biscuits. Also free standing soap, shampoo and conditioner which is also rare. The bed was excellent with fresh white linen and soft white towels. Although not in the centre of Tunbridge Wells the hotel is wonderfully spacious both inside and outside.

Thee room could be more generous - space wise, but it fits in the standard for the category

Good value for money, the booking included the parking and one welcome drink per person. The room was very clean. The breakfast had a good variety of choices, and was good.

Location was good for my next day meeting. Some of the decor was dated in my room, but overall hotel lobby was fine. Mina was exceptionally helpful with my business needs and printing out some paperwork for my meeting. Thanks

The bathroom was quite outdated The bedroom window was very difficult to try and lock , some of the furniture in the room was chipped and worn There was no chair at the dressing table I possibly could have been given one of the older rooms not yet refurbished There was a lot of noise during the night and morning from the corridor and rooms above, I’ve stayed in a few different hotels over the last week and there wasn’t any noise like this in the others

No fridge in the room,no safe and the doors were missing to the wardrobe all minor issues but slightly odd to not have these in a 4 star hotel.

Room was a little tired but clean and the bed was comfortable, the heating was not on as we arrived and the room took a while to warm up I would suggest turning it on when the room is made up to ensure a warm enviroment for guests at check in.
