Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Was provided with a mat to put our muddy boots on which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was satisfying. There was a good pub only 200 yds from the house.

United KingdomRoad noise due to on street location and orientation of room. Not usually a problem in other Jasmine House rooms to be fair! It was hot, so keeping window shut for noise, whilst managing temperatures was a bit tricky.
Great communications, friendly and helpful staff. Handy location for town and work - I leave my car at work out of choice, but I could see that parking might be inconvenient for some. All the in room facilities you could need, bar aircon.

United KingdomWe expected to have breakfast in the morning, but there was no one there for breakfast in the morning. We were not asked if would like breakfast the night before and we assumed it be available. We had to leave the hotel to find breakfast from a local costa which was not ideal. We would have preferred breakfast at the hotel.
The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was large and clean, and the hotel was in a central location of many restaurants.
