Toilet facilities were situated right at the back of the property. (There are rooms with bathrooms.) Other guests not treating the shared toilets with respect. (Not the staffs fault.)

Staff were hands off, just let you get on with things. WiFi was excellent. You get what you pay for and for the price, it was good enough.

Convenient location Low price Ok for 1 night. I wouldn't stay for longer This is not a terrible place to say. I feel sorry for the owners of these properties. So many of them in Blackpool, they must struggle to keep there head above water

I couldn't sleep because of the light curtains they said i can use blackout curtains of my own or they give me a room with darker curtains I'd said I'll stay again if this was sorted my other issues is people who were staying there or not making noise till late the hotel person I believe asked for silence and I had to threaten to get the police on this group the group then shut up

The bed comfy and the fact this place is near everything I'm impressed with facilities.

There was very little I could complain about such as the curtains falling off the rail, but I mentioned this to the owners and we laughed about it, but siad they would deal with it, so no compalints.

When I arrived, I was met by a lady called Lynn and my keys were given. I went to the room and was met with what i can only describe as "you get what you pay for" this is a no frills hotel and those who have left reviews have been somewhat unkind in my eyes, as it seems that some people who have stayed there are wanting to pay the lowest of all prices but want a 5* service. ( you no doubt staye in this type of hotel the 70's so why not in 2024. The bedding is clean, there is a sink in the room ( A tradidtional hotel of Blackpool you may say) there is Tea & Coffee provided in all room and a small tv,, a wardrobe, and draws are there for your use. (and there is a help yourself to more if required in the main foyer (not many haotels do this ) The toliet are shared as is the shower, sharing facilities did not cause a problem. There is a small bar area downstairs, this is a limited bar but very nice prices, all are £ 3.00 for bttls & cans and can of coke are £1.00.

I couldn't close the curtains ad the pole was broke and one side of the curtains was nailed up, I think the hangers for clothes should be on different wall not above the kettle. And just needs a little wipe down around the scurting boards and windows

Very welcoming and friendly staff, loved the play area for the kids. Brilliant idea. Easy access to the shower. Bedroom was a perfect setup for bigger family
