Great accomodation for the price and good location £6 taxi to the centre of Liverpool

Although it is not in the city centre, the accommodation is right next to a bus stop that takes you downtown in barely 10 minutes. The place is super clean and comfortable enough for two people, we did not meet the staff but they were very helpful via the app messages. Would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood was not very nice. The room was really cold and the radiator wasn't working or was controlled centrally, but I could not get it to head up.

Very close to the city center. Very clean and tidy with some extra touches that I didn't expect (kettle and coffee in the room). The staff is very accessible by phone. Free car park right in front of the property. Cheap.

Stayed here a couple of time.. again great place for a night out in liverpool.. close to the centre.. has everything you need.. shop underneath which is so handy! Just need to redo their pictures as it is confusing the first visit! But we will be back, will pay around £60 a night which for a Saturday in the city is fair! See u soon!!!

Stayed here twice now, very basic, but nice, friendly staff, and the place is spotless. shop underneath is ideal and is only a short walk from the centre, highly recommend, for a night out in Liverpool (cheap and cheerful.) My only negative feedback would be, that the picture of the building needs updates, was a little confusing.

Although you can lock your room, the front door to the building wasn't locked overnight.

I couldn't find any towels provided, or at least placed clearly! The shared bathroom delayed leaving in the morning, as we waited for a seemingly endless chain of people to finish in there before we got the chance... The walls are thin, and you should expect to hear other people talking loudly, using doors and the bathroom clearly.

Easy to find, owners friendly and a clean room! Check in was very smooth, tea/coffee supplies plus a kettle were provided. The owners run a small shop below which stocks some basic supplies, though the flat is also in walking distance from other larger chains if more substantial food is required.

When we arrived there was a lot of rubbish / dumped trash outside. (There’s a patch of wasteland out the back) It didn’t give a good first impression! - though I think the area was ok. Better soundproofing would improve the place too as I found it quite noisy (people’s voices travelled even if talking quietly )

The room was really comfortable - especially the beds. I think it was very clean also. The host was welcoming and friendly - responsive. I think it’s good value for money and I would stay again. Pretty convenient to get to the centre - 10 min bus

Shared bathrooms, obviously, although I knew that beforehand; also a bit noisy thanks to a door that rattled slightly whenever someone opened another door somewhere.

Staff was very nice, accomodating of special requests, room was clean and well-kept.

The shower was very poor at giving hot water. Bad shower system. The room was a bit cold. Can you check the radiator? Or provide an electric heater.

Not sure if they lock the main entrance door at night. The place is safe but a digital lock system at the main entrance would definitely be better.

The Instructions of getting there and how to get in were clear and straight forward. Responses were quick and to the point. The room was clean, bedding nice and all other facilities were clean as well. Bathroom was shared but no issue as there are two in the building. Kitchen was big and had seemingly everything one needs (I did not cook though). Towels were provided and shampoo/shower gel was in the bathroom. Would go there again.

Every sound echoed, probably as there was no carpets. Bit strange having no reception. Could do with bedside tables, although this is just a niggle thing on my part.

The fully equipped kitchen. It saved us a fortune in food.
