The showers could have been cleaner . . . I didnt use the actual shower so cant comment on how it worked. There was an odd smell in the front hall but they were fast at cleaning any mess (was a puddle in the bathroom in the middle of the night but was cleaned by the morning) and they had windows open to air the smell. (It was still warm enough with the windows open)

It was nice n easy to find, the bedroom was clean n tidy. Was warm enough. The bed was comfortable. Easy check in. Host was nice. I really liked all the information on the keychain. Tesco just around the corner was perfect for what we wanted. We would stay here again

The house is going through a make-over at the moment and promises to be very good (based on the rooms I saw renovated). It is very well located bus 78 or 79 from Queen's Square. Great wifi, good shower, spacious rooms.

Stairs, I would arther have a bath and a shower, wooden chairs in the room needs updating, no TV in the room and wasn't sure if there was a room with one in it. As I tend not to use a wardrobe I only found the towels by chance.

Room was OK nice bed skylight window wardrobe with table and wooden chairs plus a kettle, big kitchen with a cupboard dedicated to each room and fridge and freezer, Iron and ironing board in the first floor hallway this shared by everyone.

There's a guy here shouting and arguing over the phone very loudly with a thick Nasty Scouse accent. He won't stop screaming. He sounds like a Crackhead and he's next door to our room

Falsely advertised Chinese takeaway building. Felt nauseous when in the building. Staff were talking and laughing at 3 am disturbing our sleep. Odd smell in the room.

Toilets, no tv, window, wall decals.

Not a bad room. Cheap and cheerful. Wasn’t a TV, was quite close to Liverpool City so the walk wasn’t too long. A quiet neighbourhood but it’s a shame about the toilets as there were people who had been drinking all night visiting the toilets way too often meaning you couldn’t go if you wanted to.

Grate staff, Special Thanks to Thadsa for her perfect & polite hospitality. Although it has shared kitchen and bathroom, but kitchen was very clean with all facilities and bathrooms are also very clean. The room was very clean and WARM which help me to had a comfortable night before exam day. The building has a side place for parking car as well. It is very close to city centre (9 min drive)and also there is a big supermarket just down stair. Overall every thing was perfect and worth more than what I paid compare to my previous journeys to liverpool. Definitely will be back for next travel .Thank you Jay’s Flat team🥰

Walls are very thin so could hear everything in the other rooms. The whole place is very bare. I couldn’t get the hot water to work in the shower. The lighting in the room was very harsh with no bed side lamp.

It was clean and walkable distance from the city centre. The bed was comfortable.

Liked everything

Everything about this place met our expectations and more. We were more than happy with the overall service of the place n, it has fully equipped kitchen which saved us a lot of money on takeaways etc. The rooms are immaculate and there was no shortage of help offered from the staff. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely come again. 10 out of 10.

Dirty place, not maintained, no car park, not a twin room as requested but a double, shared bathroom, no temperature gauge on shower, constant slamming of doors throughout the night, rough area.

Room B: Window frame seal is poor, so the noise from the main road is like having the window open. Very noisy. The door sticks real bad. It's hard to enter the room, and even harder to exit. It needs a really hard push and pull to open it. Just needs a bit of attention with a plane and sandpaper so it doesn't hit the door frame. It's impossible to close without great force and inevitably results in a loud slam. No light near bed, only light switch is next to the door... several yards from the bed. A family with young child/children were using the kitchen at 2.30-3.30am am and were noisy. All in all with the noise from the road and people in the kitchen I didn't get much sleep. It's very basic and the price reflects that, but if you value your sleep this is not the place for you (certainly not room B anyway)

Comfortable bed and nice to have kettle, coffee and milk. Bathroom was clean.

I required a late check in, which the host happily accommodated. The black out blind was great, the bedroom was warm and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean and although a shared facility, it was not occupied whenever I needed to use it. Tea and coffee was provided in the bedroom along with a shared kitchen (I didn't need to use it). Parking is available.
