Our only niggle was that the pull out sofa wasn't suitable for an adult as we were travelling as 2 female friends with our children and we wanted one parent and one child to each bed. It could only support the weight of children, but I am unsure if this is intended by the products design.

The online self check in and the keypad locks sent via email which meant I didn't need to approach reception at all, we went straight into the building and straight to the room. The rooms were well presented. Clean bathroom. Glorious shower.

Would normally book a hotel where I get a breakfast. And for the price I would expect one. But knowing the location. It is what itvis.

Could hear every train thst went past. The hotel also needs to implement a check out system as the male cleaner came into my room whilst I was in my underwear! I didn't hear him knock as I has the hairdryer on, but its unacceptable fir cleaners to let themselves into my room prior to the 11am check out time (if they kept a log of who had checked out already thus embarrassing situation could have been avoided). Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

My brother and I shared the main bed while the parents got the sofa bed (they offered!) so based on previous conversations sleeping wasn't as comfortable for them than it was for us. Some stairs so it was a challenge to bring all our luggage up and down but our room was located on the first floor so it wasn't too bad. Stay was overall great as long as you know what you're in for.

London is a very difficult place to find accommodation that ticks all the boxes: reasonably priced, conveniently located and comfort. I had a lot of bookings in London and would cancel each one when I found something a bit more cheaper and ticked all my requirements and this is where we ended up staying. I knew going in that there were no elevators and the room will be relatively small, so it met my expectations and it was still quite spacious despite being a family of 4 with 3 luggage each. The toilet was surprisingly big and room was cleaned every day (until we asked them to stop because it was our last stop in our trip and thought it was pointless as it was going to get even more messy to prepare going back home) Service was great as we were able to request for the lowest room possible and got to hang out in their lounge to wait for our flight after check-out. It's also very close to the St Pancras so perfect for those taking the train from another place, close to great restaurants and access to public transportation. It's not flashy/fancy and definitely a place were you would stay just to sleep but I think it was worth it seeing how it was clean, convenient and budget friendly.

Walls were very thin you could the room next door brushing their teeth, there was no lift but I knew that upon booking just something for others to be aware of. Would of liked to have a chain or extra ability lock from the inside for peace of mind as a solo female traveller.

Very close to king cross station so there was no extra travel required after arriving into London. Also the self check in process was easy, simple and very convenient. Also like that the kitchen was against the busy road and the bedroom was set behind it to minimise the traffic noise.

The building is a bit of a rabbit warren and the corridors could do with fresh paintwork and carpets, but the room itself was well-maintained and clean.

I didn't see any staff at all during my stay. The room was so small there wasn't a spare flat surface to use.

The shower room was lovely, Perfect Shower and the shampoo/body wash made my hair feel good. The aircon in the room also kept the room cool. The fact there was no window was also a bonus as I couldn't hear any traffic noise.

The sofa bed was super creaky and there were a lot of scuffs all over the walls making the room look tired.

The location is amazing for Kings Cross, the room including bathroom was clean, better than some major chain hotels we've stayed in, tea and coffee facilities provided.

The code for the door was not working but it was fixed very quickly and I was given a new code. The member of staff was friendly and polite dealing with this issue.

The hotel was quiet and clean. There were plenty of coffee and tea in the room. It generally had everything that I needed, including soap and bath gel, hairdryer, kettle, hangers, lots of pillows. The bed was comfy although could be a bit small for taller people or if there was another person staying with me. Shower worked well and the air con, too.
