It was disappointing to find out after booking that they charge for parking in this area. There wasn't a fridge in our room.

We knew we were arriving at the end of their major season. However, we were expecting an in-room coffee pot with coffee and tea or a coffee station in the lobby, like one gets at a less expensive hotel.

We loved the location because we could easily walk to our destinations. The show was the best drag show we'd ever seen.

I felt the description of the property and experience on booking.com was very different from our experience. Although a continental breakfast is described on the website, they do not offer breakfast. We were there over a weekend, and there were nightly, loud, drag shows. This didn’t disturb my sleep, as they finished at a reasonable time, and I slept incredibly well, but it would’ve been good to know about this beforehand. There was no housekeeping, which we weren’t warned about. This was also confused by the fact there was a sign on the desk in the room, urging us to consider leaving a tip for housekeeping staff. I feel, overall, the website description is incredibly outdated and should be updated to better reflect the experience. It also talks a lot about COVID-19 face masks in communal areas etc, which doesn’t apply now, so I imagine it hasn’t been updated for some time.

It would be awesome if they could offer coffee in the mornings, even just for two hours. They do have two food facilities in the building.

Good location for sure. The bed was very comfortable and the WIFI was pretty strong. The room, including the bath was very clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly during the three days we spent there.

The parking situation, the staff said that they no longer have a parking space for the car for the period of our stay, but for all 4 days of out stay We saw empty a parking spaces, We were a little upset by this and also they save on cosmetic supplies in the room. We lived together but put everything for one person and the view from the window is so-so. I also left my wish in advance by email for the hotel staff to put a Happy Birthday card, it was not fulfilled(

The price for during the week was outrageous (but that could be from booking on here). The rooms were right above the stage of the drag shows so you can hear all the show noise, but that all ended by 11pm so it did not disturb sleep.

It was centrally located in town but far back enough from the street away from a lot of town noise. The rooms were very clean and well appointed and the staff, especially Eddie were very nice and welcoming.
